I booked a cut and style with Sheenah at Liquid salon in Lakeland after reading many reviews saying she was wonderful with curly hair, and I left feeling disappointed, as if I was a bother to the stylist. My appointment was at 9, and I arrived a few minutes early, the stylist arrived a few minutes late. This wasn’t my main issue at all, the issue I had was that although I had booked a cut and style for my birthday, I left with hair soaking wet on a 45 degree day, unstyled, and unsure of the final result. She stated she has someone coming in right after me which is why she couldn’t diffuse my curls after applying the product, but the entire process from trim to wash to applying product took less than 45 minutes. I felt as though it was just rushed maybe because she was late, or because she was bothered that I didn’t book a curly cut, which I didn’t see on their website, and also I don’t have super thick curls they are fine and easy to manage. I just wanted a trim and style for my birthday. I honestly left so sad and disappointed. I felt there was no room for correction as I was rushed out for the next client, and allowing me to leave the chair with wet hair was very unprofessional. It’s not like I could have asked for a blow dry because I was informed that her next client would be there in a couple of minutes. She made it seem as if the excuse for not blow drying me was that I didn’t book a curly cut, when I thought it came standard with a style. I paid for a service I had to finish myself at home while feeling like a burden to the stylist. This was a less than luxury experience and I will not be returning.

HUGE transformation on my hair! I’ve never had a permanent dye done on my hair but I needed this nasty green out 🤢 (Punky Color Semi-Permanent Teal just does NOT fade well compared to others.) I asked for April and she did wonders!! She goes above and beyond for you in every aspect. I went from Chlorine Green to Gorgeous Blonde in a day 😍 and it is so soft I can’t stop touching it! I’ve gotten countless compliments and inquiries in just one day; I can’t believe it!
