F|S Cut & Color (Fantastic Sams)

One of the worst haircuts I’ve received!! Came in with a middle part flow that I’ve been maintaining for 3 years. Asked for a maintenance cut, showed pictures of how I usually do it and explained to the stylist what I wanted. She proceeded to comb my hair down and took a clipper with 3 guard and cut on all sides in under a minute and called it a day. I was star struck. I politely re explained her what I wanted and the old lady tried something for another 5 mins and demanded money for the job. I went back home and fixed what I could with my trimmer and sheers. Good thing I learned how to cut my hair during the pandemic. TLDR: STAY AWAY AT COSTS!

Laura did my hair perfectly. She's the type who actually cares about your hair, i told her about my box dye and she was open to do a test strand before fully dyeing my hair and told me that my hair would be okay after the test strand. She's a very sweet lady, constantly ensuring i wasn't thirsty or uncomfortable and she has great stories to tell. I love this place and my hair turned out better than expected and I will definitely be coming here again! Full head highlights were about $150 without tip and definitely a great price especially for the quality. the salon itself is also so0o0 nice and clean and she was very gentle with me hair. my hair also feels sooo soft now. I just had the greatest hair salon experience ever. I was greeted by 2 friendly stylists. I needed a color and cut. I was surprised that they both were available right then. What luck. I was seated and advised of the purse hook just for my purse. My hair was colored with a new type of color that processing in only 10 minutes. This was great. I’m used to a 40 color processing time. The color turned out perfectly. I was then given a hair cut which I really like. My stylist was Jessica and she was very nice and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I will definitely be back again next month. Fantastic Sam’s exceeded by exceptions. The prices are great too.

I had an appointment scheduled with Sally but she called in sick so Marina took over the appointment. I was not disappointed at all. Marina did a fantastic job on my haircut, she really took my fine hair into consideration and textured it to give it body and style. Marina was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the salon. I will definitely return to have her cut my hair in the future.

I really really don't like leaving bad reviews but I would recommend if you go here be Stern about what you want with your cut. My appointment today I left with super short hair and nothing like I had asked for. Very disappointed and I will not be going back here. First picture is what my hair looks like when I went in second picture is what I wanted my hair to be cut like. Just wanted bangs didn't want a bunch of length taken off . Third picture is how I left. She just kept cutting and cutting and now my hair is super short and super layered. I am literally crying I wish I could get my money back I just straightened it and I am just embarrassed to go out one side is longer than the other. And the layer doesn't even look right. 😭

Had a fantastic experience! Ellie did a wonderful job and gave me friendly advice about how to care for my hair and scalp. She has 20+ years of experience and it shows in the way she cuts hair and interacts with her clients. I was incredibly happy with the cut plus she washed and styled it. Will visit again, thank you! EDIT: I've been coming here for a couple years now and still love it! Sally does my hair now, she is knowledgeable and personable. I always feel good after my haircut now knowing it looks great and I had a pleasant experience. Thank you!
