I've done my hair with Carmen two times now and neither time did she mess up my hair. She's super nice and does an amazing job with cutting and dyeing. She worked so hard on trying to get my hair perfect which I really admire. She's a great hairstylist

Yareli is a miracle worker!! She was able to accommodate me last minute, I had another appointment at a different salon that was cancelled, and I am so happy that she was able to! She does a beautiful job and puts a lot of time and care into her work. She did a balayage for me and fixed all of my bronze, brassy color. I just recently moved here and was in need of a new hair stylist and I can confidently say I found a great one. Thank you so much Yareli! I highly recommend her and the salon. I attached pictures of before and after. My phone is super old so not the best quality, but it provides a little insight into the amazing job she did.

I called the salon to make an appointment for a haircut and had requested for a stylist that was very good with layers. I made the appt and I told the stylist what I wanted and came home with a very blunt cut which is what I said I didn’t want. I need layers for more volume as I have straight hair and kind of on the finer side. I called a few days later after trying to work with my hair but just couldn’t make my hair do anything. When I called the salon I spoke to a Gaby who answered the phone and I told her I just needed to see another stylist to fix my layers and that I didn’t want to make the stylist that cut my hair feel bad. The stylist who cut my hair was very nice but just didn’t layer like I like it. She told me that if that stylist couldn’t make me happy then none of the other stylists would probably make me happy either. What kind of customer service is that? Who says that to a customer? The conversation was not even confrontational. I couldn’t believe my ears. I just wanted to get it fixed with layers. I was really hoping to find a salon right here near my home down the street from me that’s convenient, since I work full time. They had pretty good reviews so I was hopeful I found a new salon, instead of the one I currently go to on the far side of Temecula or to my niece in Newport, but I guess I’ll just keep going where I’ve been going. Very disappointing. Gaby text me back and apologized but at this point I’m just done and not comfortable going back. 😔

Cant believe it took me this long to finally try this place out. The people here are so kind and amazing. Trinity did my hair and I absolutely love it! She worked her magic and removed all the black out in just one sitting.

I can't say enough about my stylist Jordan. He is absolutely amazing. He has Natural talent combined with decades of experience. I trust him 1000% he is the only one I will let color and cut my hair. He also has the best personality and makes me so comfortable. I walk in feeling like a hot mess and leave smiling and feeling beautiful

Everyone is so friendly here. The salon is super cute and really clean. Gaby did a root touch up, fixed the highlights on my crown, gave me a trim and super cute style. She really listened to what I wanted. She's amazing! She didn't try to push anything on me as far as services or product, but did make some excellent suggestions. I made my 2nd appointment with her... I think they have a new regular.

Princess did my daughter’s hair and it came out amazing. I wanted help with making her hair appear and feel more healthy and Princess delivered. Not to mention she was very kind and patient with my very active child. Overall I’m always content and satisfied with the experience. Again, patient, kind, friendly, and respectful.
