Maria did an amazing job with my daughters hair. She was great with my little girl as well.she is very shy.. Maria made her smile. Also she absolutely loved her hair

This place is not professional. I had an appointment and even called the day of to confirm the time was still good. When I arrived, she told me she had "squeezed" in another client before me and it would be 30 minutes. Fine, I went to shop at Walmart and came back 30 minutes later, only for her to say it would be another 30–40 minutes. She claimed she could still "fit" me in, but no ma’am, I had an appointment, and I’m not about to have my style rushed because she overbooked. It was the manager! No apology or anything. This was my first and last time here.

The whole environment was a wonderful experience. It’s been a few years since I’ve been there and my Hair Stylist Wanda did remarkable the staff. There was very pleasant and I’m just happy that for the price that I pay that my hair was as always beautiful when finished.

Maria M. was so amazing!! I went for a wash, deep conditioning, & blow out but didn't want to get out of her chair so I asked her to style it as well! She definitely has blessed and talented hands! Thank you Maria!

I went to SmartStyle in Sulphur on Citi Service Hwy, that’s closest to my house. It was 5:30 pm on a Saturday and they were CLOSED. So I called the nearest one which was the location on Martin Luther King Hwy in Lake Charles. Ms. Lauryn picked up the phone and greeted me with the best customer service I’ve ever gotten! I was running out of time they were soon closing and she waited for me with no hesitation. She the sweetest person and made me feel so loved! I’ve never met her before but there’s no other person I want to cut my hair but Lauryn. She cut my hair so perfectly! This is my #1 salon from now on. I know this review is long but sometimes you never know how much you actually need a conversation until you have it with that amazing person. I hope everyone gets the experience I did! Chris was amazing! He did our 18 month old’s hair and was so patient and it looked so good.

Experience at Smart Styles was awesome. The stylist Ms. Wanda was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable of her craft. Time management was perfect. I loved the finished product!!!
