Very Disappointed I’ve been taking my son to Refind Hair Salon since June because Evelyn used to cut his hair, and she always did a great job. She was kind, professional, and gave him clean, well-shaped haircuts every time. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been very disappointing. In December, we had an appointment with Evelyn, but when we arrived, we were told she didn’t show up and they didn’t know why. They assigned another stylist (a male barber), and the haircut was terrible. Within two days, my son’s hair was sticking up everywhere and completely out of shape. This week, I called again and specifically mentioned the previous bad experience. They recommended a stylist named Mitra, saying she was very experienced. However, she charged $80 for a simple haircut for my 18-year-old son, which already felt extremely overpriced. During the appointment, I tried to explain that we wanted his hair cut shorter and showed her a photo. She was very dismissive, interrupted me, and said she had been working for many years, implying she didn’t need input. She didn’t really listen to what we wanted. I paid $90 total with tip, and the result was still bad. The very next morning after my son showered, his hair was sticking up again and looked uneven — the same issue as before, meaning it was not cut properly or short enough. Now we have to go somewhere else and pay again to fix it. Very disappointing service, poor communication, and extremely high prices for the quality provided. We will not be returning.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Rose for a while now, and she’s genuinely one of the best when it comes to men’s cuts. She pays attention to the little details and listens to what you want. She is quick without ever making the cut feel rushed. On top of that, she’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend seeing Rose — you won’t leave disappointed

Great customer service… bit of a wait after making a reservation but they had refreshments and the front desk lady did a good job checking in and updating me. Hair cut was perfect.

I have received my haircut here many times before, but I cannot lie, Ashly topped them all! Everything was amazing. From the haircut to the conversation (: I’m definitely going back because of her.

Janet cut my hair today and she was the best! You can tell she has a ton of knowledge on hair and products and coloring. She also uses only the best products and has great recommendations.I’ll be back to see Janet regularly.

The staff were extremely welcoming and kind upon arrival! The stylist I had was extremely helpful and asked me what I thought every step of the way, but was able to make judgment calls when I wasn’t sure. She also helped visualize the process & care for later, tips that were extremely appreciated Student discount is very appreciated in this economy, especially when it’s at such a high quality place! Plus it leaves some more leeway for a tip on a great job haha 10/10 and will be looking forward to my next visit!

This has become the only place I’ll get my haircut! The service is consistently great no matter who you choose, but shoutout to Mitra who is amazing and always has me looking fresh. Always an easy and convenient time when I go, and I never fail to grab a free soda!
