I went in for a highlight touch-up with Victoria, and she did an amazing job:) my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. For styling, Mitra helped me, and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. Leticia was also so helpful when I had questions about becoming a member,she explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best option. Madison Reed has truly become one of my favorite places. I always enjoy coming here and getting services from such a warm, professional, and friendly team.

My wife said I should try Madison Reed. I did and she was right...GREAT SERVICE!!! I worked with a consultant who actually listened to me. she spent a great deal of time making sure that the proper color was chosen. She then explained the process, the options and how the different programs worked. I opted for the blowout blow dry and I am glad I did. I walked out with my hair looking EXACTLY how I wanted it to look. Madison Reed is so gentle on the hair. I have gotten services done every couple of weeks and I never feel like my hair is fried or smelling of chemicals. I have received so many compliments on my hair too. On top of all this, the customer service is always excellent. Everyone is so friendly and warm. Special shoutout to Summer who is so fun!

Absolutely the best color I’ve ever had and best Madison Reed salon I’ve been to! Nicole Robertson did an incredible job on my color, and the her bonding treatment and gloss was a game changer! I get so many compliments all the time on my hair and this has never happened before and I’ve been having my hair colored for years and years! Can’t recommend the salon and Nicole Robertson enough!
