Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you—Head Spa HK is a total sanctuary. I just finished a 90-minute service ($129), and it was worth every penny. The space is small and inconspicuous, but the atmosphere inside is incredibly tranquil and peaceful. ​What really stood out were the thoughtful touches: I was given warming bags for both my tummy and my feet, which made the experience so cozy. As someone who usually worries about water in my ears during head treatments, I was impressed that they kept me completely dry. To top it off, they served delicious hot tea while drying my hair at the end. Truly great at what they do—I’ll definitely be back! And I am dragging my husband with me!

Wow…this was incredible. I came here with my sister and cousin for the 90 min head massage treatment and it did not disappoint. It was so relaxing and calming. Every detail was thoughtfully done from the aromatherapy, to the hot stones, facial massage and cleaning, and the heating pad for the stomach and therapy slippers. I feel so pampered and calm. My scalp feels clean and my hair is silky soft now (it normally dries frizzy and feels dry). I’m truly impressed. I want to bring my husband and mom. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the market for an incredible spa treatment at a wonderful price. Clean spa, nice staff, super simple to book and no surprise add on fees.

First off, do not come here if you are expecting any kind of relaxing experience and keep your expectations extremely low. the reviews must be AI generated because this was probably the least relaxing experience of my life. I was really looking forward to this as I was traveling, I had never been to head spot in. My expectations were very low. The location of itself is freezing cold so you’re receiving a head massage that is rushed, there is no massage. It’s just like fast needling with pokey hands, the water was cold, and there was only one instance in which the head spa was used, and that was to wash the neck? They use very cheap products with preservatives, their products had a minimally cheap smelling scent. The worst part was the blow dry after as they truly do not know how to dry and style hair. I could have blow dried my hair better than the stylist did.

I really wanted to like the service but came out disappointed. I paid for the Tranquil Escape which included scalp massage, facial, neck and shoulder massage, shampooing and reflexology massage, and classic blowout finish. I liked how my face felt at the end so I have minimal complaints about the facial although most of the "gentle massage" on the face was rushed gliding touch. One of my biggest complaint - I hate how my scalp feels post service. My scalp became itchy nonstop hours after the service. And this is because the scalp massage is rough and abrasive scratching. There is no massage. Just a bunch of scratching and the shampoo bubbling all over to your face, neck and ears. Not to mention, the brushes and gadgets used to "massage" or wash the hair are pulled out of a drawer and put back immediately after use leaving me to question if they are disinfected between use. While my hair was being washed, The rinsing ring shown on her website and TikTok was dropped over my face making me choke on water. I knew it was a mistake and felt I could grant grace in the moment. However, before the classic blow out, the owner of the spa (who was the one who provided the service to me) pulled out her phone and showed me that she had recorded me while getting the head wash and while I laid on the table with my eyes closed. She requested I post the video and rate her on google. The video was cut short right before she let the ring water fall on my face. In little words, she was busy recording me without my consent when she accidentally dropped the ring water over my face. She did not ask for my permission to record before the service and left me worrying about use of other cameras within the room. Truly concerning since you have to change into a robe prior to the treatment. During the blow out, she used a regular Conair brush and switched to a "new" brush midway blow out. I was given this brush afterward but a different brush was used on my hair prior. The "classic blow out" is just your hair being dried - nothing special. I really worry about the hygiene and cleanliness of the tools used to complete services. Overall, the service was rushed, tools used on your face and scalp have a high probability of not being disinfected between use (hence my itchy scalp), and you will be recorded without granting consent.

Lovely head spa experience that also included a massage and mini facial. Left feeling amazing and with the softest hair! My favorite part with when they steamed my scalp and face, made such an impact on helping my hair absorb the hair treatment!

I just came here with my mom for the 60 min head spa massage and it was so wonderful! The facial itself was so relaxing and my hair feels silky smooth and soft as well as my face. Also everyone was very kind and gave my mom a few face masks for her bday!! Would totally come back again
