First time coming to Elle Hair Salon. Took me a couple of weeks to get an appointment. Needed cut and color, which required a significant block of time. Booking online was easy. Someone texted me for clarification the same day. The vibe was open and clean. I especially liked the big center table, reminded me of a cafe. Everyone was super nice. I didn’t speak Korean, so communications was okay but not ideal. I had my cut and color mostly done by Elle, with some help from others (it’s a team work situation :-). I would have liked more of Elle’s professional opinion on what would work nice on me specifically. She told me to google 3 inspo photos while I waited. Then she went to work. At the end, things turned out great. I felt lighter and younger. Price was reasonable. Not inexpensive but industry average for what you get.

I always enjoy coming to this salon for hair maintenance. The entire staff are friendly and attentive. My usual stylist is Yuna and she is amazing! My services today included a root touch-up, layered cut, and deep condition treatment. I love it! She achieved 100% from the inspo pic that I showed her. Actually it looks even better. 10/10 for all your hair care needs!!

Amazing. Anna was so sweet and she knew what happened to my hair previously without me even telling her! She knows her stuff. I got a bang trim and bang perm. Also a hair treatment for my dry ends.

The price you showed me was after I had my hair cut. You didn't tell me the price before I had my hair cut, and I didn't see the pictures you showed me before I had my hair cut. Do you put a sign and let everyone to look carefully? The price I saw online, as shown in the screenshot, is $60. I didn't tip you, don't you understand why? How can you tip for such a bad experience? No apology, very bad, especially this person named Sue

The coverage was excellent, leaving no gray strands in sight. The process was also gentle on my hair, and the results lasted for a long time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the gray hair cover and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural and effective solution. The mint treatment blew away all my stress. My hair looked shiny and stylish after the treatment. It's the best. If you're looking for a K beauty salon, I highly recommend it. I transformed like a K-drama leading lady.

I rarely gave reviews, let along a good review. I have been with the owner for over 10 years, and the reason I insist on coming to see her is simple: The quality of service way exceeds the price, and a sense of style that I can trust. We all have a sense of taste that we think it will look good for ourselves, but she looks after me from my hair spin, dress style, my liking of hair products, combining with my idea of hairstyle, helped me to try out different ideas, and provide the best options for me. And I truly believe that she cares about every customer that walks out the door. And believe me, I do have A LOT of opinions (I think I got a few stylists really mad before, lol), and I appreciate that she looked after the overall style and help me understand the options I have from a professional point of view.

Judy was great, highly recommend. I showed a reference photo & she cut my hair exactly how I asked. I appreciate how she was quick & friendly. Five stars.
