I had my hair colored by Jyah, and she did an amazing job. She took the time to consult with me and really understood what I wanted. Her attention to detail and professionalism were impressive. I highly recommend her, and I absolutely love the results!

This is my second time there and both experiences have been great. I have seen Devon for a haircut and now a color service. She is professional and knowledgeable and did exactly what we discussed. I had not had my hair done in about a year and there was a lot of gray. She did an excellent job of blending it all in and made it much less noticable. I would recommend her to anyone and the salon in general. It was very clean and no smells from the color.

This was my 1st time at the salon. Cory did an excellent job, although I would be comfortable with any of the stylists (yes, I watched them). I went in for the same cut/color/highlight that my (now retired) stylist did. Cory let me know that my hair was fragile, and a different approach would help. She spent hours on my hair, being very meticulous. She did a different type of color and cut, and I just LOVE it! Thank you all - the stylists seem to work together well. I highly recommend this salon. Oh, and don't be alarmed by the little chihuahua - she will greet you with a bark and then go about her business - sweet pup. 🙂

I had been doing my own hair color at home for years and decided it was time to go back to a salon for a more professional approach. I'd always heard great things about the Aveda color line and decided to take a chance on Salon Unmixed. I was pretty nervous starting over with a new stylist, but Nadya (the salon owner) has done an outstanding job formulating just the right shade for me! Her work ethic and technical expertise are of the highest quality and she is also very pleasant and personable.

Recently I had a very-new-for-me hair coloring with Nadya (very dark blue-violet, merging with my natural black) and will highly recommend her. She has a great taste and is able to foresee a stylish solution for your type of hair, give a valuable advice and, no question, execute the selected version in very much accuracy. She devoted as much time as necessary to reach the final tone, until her and my complete satisfaction. To my knowledge, Nadya regularly participates in internationally known styling workshops and meetings, and, in combination with long years of experience, she obviously has refined her skills in fashion hair-styling and coloring. She is the owner of the Salon and I observe that similar standards are in place for the other members of the team. One indication as how much I appreciate her skills, is that once in couple months I drive to Salon Unmixed from North Seattle, where I live and work. And I have come to such a decision, after my experiences in several local high-end hair salons in Downtown and North Seattle. Go and try the unique hair coloring yourself.

Don't pass up the free scalp massage if you get your haircut here! Amazing. Keoni was exceptional and took very good care of me, even when I changed my mind and decided I wanted a shorter cut than what I had originally asked for. He was gentle, professional, and very patient. The employees here seem committed to making sure their customers leave the salon happy. I was very impressed, both with the customer service and the haircut I left with. I got exactly what I wanted and I'm definitely coming back.
