Sima is fantastic at making hair look bright and straight. I have curly hair and lots of gray, so she highlights it every six months, which means I don’t have to worry about root touch-ups anymore. She’s so nice and thoughtful, and she knows exactly what color will look best on your face. Definitely recommend her.

Sima has been my hairstylist for quite some time, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She’s not only an incredibly talented stylist but also extremely knowledgeable about hair health. I came to her with damaged hair, and over time she’s done my highlights, hair Botox treatments, haircuts, and color—every visit, I’ve left beyond satisfied. She truly brought my hair back to life. I've known Saida for almost 20 years and she's so genuine, caring, and of course fantastic at her job. I have very kinky-curly, mixed hair and she did a beautiful job of detangling it, giving me a scalp treatment, a shampoo, deep conditioning, a silk press and a trim. I'm so happy with my hair and will be back very soon.

This was my second appointment with a hairstylist named Sima, because I wasn’t happy with the ombré she did last time—my hair turned orange after just two days. The second time, I went in just to darken my hair. Even though my appointment was at 3:30 and I arrived exactly on time, she told me, "Go walk around for 40 minutes and come back," because she decided to cut their granddaughter’s hair first. She knew I have a 10-month-old baby and that arranging childcare is hard for me. When I complained, instead of apologizing, she claimed she had called me 10 minutes before my appointment and asked me to come later. But calling a customer at the last minute—when they’re already on the way and have arranged childcare—is disrespectful of their time. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience for me.

I always have a great experience at Saida Hair Salon. The team is professional, welcoming, and creates such a positive atmosphere. I’m especially happy with Sima’s work—she does an excellent job every time!

I can’t say enough good things about saida and this salon. I’ve been seeing her for almost 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I have wavy hair that wasn’t cut properly in the past. Saida understands texture and what looks good on people/what they’re life style is. She is also an amazing educator, teaching people how to actually care for their hair/scalp/health behind it all. She has gone above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate this woman- a true gift!!
