⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to see Breezie not really knowing exactly what I wanted, but she took the time to talk me through all the options and helped me figure out what would be best for protecting my natural curls. She was super nice, patient, and made the whole experience so comfortable. Plus, she’s great company! I left feeling confident and loving my hair. Highly recommend her! Got me right with a silk press !

I came in to plan a memorial service for my hair, but the owner said no no no we got you😂😂😂. The hairstylist Annette was extremely courteous, making me feel absolutely at ease. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge of hair care. Her meticulous approach yielded outstanding results. The owner was equally pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable, displaying a clear passion for her craft. The salon itself boasted a wonderful ambiance, complemented by complimentary snacks and beverages. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

All my hair fell out…. On July 16th of 2025 I received a virgin relaxer along with a shampoo style pixie cut. I informed the person I booked my appointment with along with the stylist the day of my appointment that I dyed my hair on June 13th 2025. I was not aware nor was I informed that my hair could possibly fall out from having it recently dyed on top of getting a virgin relaxer. On July 22nd of 2025 my hair began to fall out, I immediately informed the salon and the stylist got in touch with me right away. To resolve the issue a shampoo style with a protein treatment add on was recommended, meaning I would have to book and pay to resolve the issue that wasn’t my fault. Although the stylist customer service was excellent I chose not to book the appointment. Little to no accountability was taken, in the beginning the cause of my hair falling out was being blamed on postpartum and my current pregnancy, and I would still have to pay overtime to resolve the issue that was not my fault. As of August 15th 2025(today) my hair is still falling out.

Annette did an amazing job we had a little color run issue didn’t have red but ended up with a gorgeous cowboy copper but at the end of the day she saved it thank you so much she was so nice I cannot recommend her enough

I had a very disappointing experience with this salon while trying to book and attend a hair appointment for my daughter. About two weeks prior to the appointment, I called to schedule children’s braids. The person who answered the phone was short and dismissive, stating they had a client in their chair and would call me back in 10 minutes. I agreed and waited, but after two hours with no return call, I contacted the salon again. I was then told the stylist I had texted photos to had already left for the day and that someone else would call me back. I did not receive a call until the following afternoon. Once the appointment was finally scheduled, I called the day before to confirm which stylist would be working on my daughter’s hair and to ask whether any earlier openings were available. The response I received was extremely unprofessional. I was told, "You’re the lady who kept calling and calling about children’s braids," and that the stylist was coming in "out of the kindness of her heart," followed by "there is no availability, that’s it." I was simply asking a clarifying question and did not understand the hostility in the response. On the day of the appointment, I had to bring my other two children due to an unexpected situation. While my daughter was getting her hair done, my one-year-old became fussy toward the end of the appointment. I did everything I could to soothe him. At one point, I stepped away to clean him up after he spit up. When I returned, the salon speaker volume had been turned up significantly, seemingly to drown out the noise. I felt extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially as I noticed staff and others staring. After the appointment, I was informed that children are not allowed in the salon unless they are the one receiving services. This policy was not communicated beforehand. As a parent, especially when unexpected circumstances arise, this felt very unwelcoming. I was aware that any children were not allowed behind the salon chairs, where everyone is working, but I was not aware that children were not allowed in the salon at all. All I wanted was a nice holiday hairstyle for my daughter. Instead, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable, judged, and unwelcome. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to families or parents who may need flexibility or understanding.

I had such a great experience with Miss Sharon! She relaxed my hair, and it came out smooth, healthy, and beautiful. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything she was doing. I really appreciate her professionalism and the care she put into her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and talented stylist!"
