Kalon is my go-to salon, and I’ve always loved the atmosphere and the talented team there. For my wedding, I had Lulu as my bridal stylist, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly, personable, and truly all about the bride. She nailed my trial look and had no problem pivoting when I completely changed directions on the wedding day — the final result was perfect. All of the stylists at Kalon are so kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I can’t recommend Lulu and the Kalon team enough for any bridal party or everyday hair care!

I cannot gatekeep any longer, Lulu is amazing! I went in a few months ago to start embracing my red hair and she has gone above and beyond anything I could have possibly imagined. Everytime I come home my daughter tells me I look like a real life Barbie. 🖤 She is friendly, knowledgeable and so much fun to chat with! Cant recommend this salon enough!

Hi babe, if you’re reading this, this is your sign to not go here. I’m not interested in name dropping the stylist, because we are all human here. BUT with that being said I got my hair cut by a stylist and ended up with the bottom layer of my hair being quite a bit shorter than the rest of my hair, this is not what I wanted. (See photos…LAST PICTURE IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AFTER BEING FIXED ELSEWHERE.) I wanted a one-length haircut that was a triangular/A-line shape. The sides were also different lengths, one side was cut how I asked and the other was not. The worst part was when I reached out to the salon to mention what happened and ask for a refund the owner told me there’s not much she can do from a business standpoint, because I got my hair fixed from a different salon (of course I did, why would I want to walk around with my hair like that or go back to where it happened?) and because I didn’t take pictures of the sides (I thought the pictures showing the "undertow" as my family called it was enough to show what was wrong with my haircut coupled with the fact that it wasn’t what I asked for). The owner also told me she would get back to me today and did not do so. I’m not licensed in cosmetology but I DID work as a manager as a beauty store with a fully functioning hair salon and dealt with clients who weren’t pleased with their hair or who had one of the stylists mess it up a bit (it happens…like I said we are all humans) so I know firsthand how to handle these situations appropriately.
