Best experience at this salon! When you walk in, instantly greeted by the team. I see Melanie who provides professional expertise along with helpful hair tips to maintain my style. She’s my favorite! What I love about this place is the WHOLE staff takes extra care with their clients. Alexa, Norma, Brittany, Carina, Sarah, Jade and Lexie! Everyone is family in that building. Very professional, personable, and treat everyone like they know them. I enjoy my appointments. I look forward to them! If you haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend for a fresh new look! They are the experts! This is the type of place you’ll be returning for years to come!

My visit with Alexa was fantastic as always! Color, cut, even trimmed my eyebrows! I want everyone to know that she is such a kind, caring soul doing her very best to please everyone, which isn't easy! Alexa you are amazing! I appreciate your knowledge and patience! As a former cosmetologist of 20 years I do not write this review lightly. It has taken me a month and considerable thought to post this as I understand how important reviews are in this business. I received a really terrible a haircut from Alexa. Not only was it not what I asked for, it was way too short and completely uneven making the repair more challenging. I requested an inverted bob (longer in the front). Alexa assured me she was skilled at these haircuts. What I received was a haircut that was a rounded bob and shorter in the front, instead of longer. The right side was noticeably shorter than the left and when I pointed it out to Alexa she assured me it was even although it clearly was not. The entire haircut gradually got longer towards the left. In addition to the gradual slant leftwards, the left front had a chunk about a half inch thick that was a good three quarters of an inch longer than everything else. I wear glasses and dont see well without them. When the haircut was finished, I put on my glasses, pointed out the length discrepancy noted above and tried to look at the back but Alexa's mirror kept folding shut making it impossible to see. I paid and left knowing I could fix the length discrepancy. It was when I got home and was able to really look and go through the haircut that I saw just how bad it was. I called Alexa a couple of days later to inform her and request a refund. She became upset, yelled at me and accused me of changing my mind.

Vybe. New owners, Wow Wow Wow !!! I have had a few cuts and beard trim with Alexa now. And every time, it is amazing. Really professional and friendly. Truly feels like you are welcome and special being here. Hands down, great stylist, and Vybe 😁. The facility is so nice and clean. Fantastic layout and decor. With products like Redken and Loma lines. Really like the Loma line. They even have a portrait spot in case you want to show off your new cut or style. Vybe is my place to go now to get an amazing experience and great cut. I really can't say enough about how amazing it is. Thank you, Vybe, and a special thanks to Alexa. Great Cut & Style for My Son I brought my son in for a haircut and Melanie did an excellent job. She was professional, easy to talk to, and really paid attention to the details. The cut was clean, sharp, and exactly what we asked for. My son left looking great and feeling confident. It’s clear Melanie knows her craft, and I appreciate the time and care she put into making sure it turned out right. We’ll definitely be coming back.
