I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve been coming here for over a year and have always trusted my stylist, but my last visit on November 7th was unacceptable. I went in for my regular root touch-up, which includes bleaching and toning my money piece. Typically, everything goes smoothly, and I’ve never had issues before. However, this time was different. During my appointment, another client was also there, and I wish the stylist hadn’t double-booked so she could have focused more on my hair. After being placed under heat during the bleaching process, I believe I was left there for too long. When the toning, washing, and blow-drying were finished, I went to check my hair in the bathroom like I always do. To my shock, my roots were partly orange and uneven—one side wasn’t fully colored like the other. When I pointed this out to my stylist, she insisted it’s "always like that," but I know that’s not true. I always check my hair after my appointments, and it has never looked like this. A day or two later, I noticed something even worse: my hair was broken—not just a little, but significantly damaged. This was devastating for me because I love my money piece and now I might have to dye it back to my original hair color to hide the damage. When I messaged my stylist about the issue, she told me that she doesn’t think we should keep going lighter to avoid further damage. While I appreciate her honesty, I wish she would have communicated this before my appointment, as I am very understanding and always want what’s best for my hair. I asked for a partial or full refund, considering the damage caused and the $90 I paid for the service, but I was only refunded $25. This is incredibly disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I’ve been doing my haircuts with Tina for 5+ years. I’ve also gotten extensions and hair color. She always does an amazing job and truly cares about the health of you hair! Highly recommend.

Tina has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years now. I have never left dissatisfied. She always takes her time and makes sure you are happy with what you are getting. Her shampoo and head massages are also amazing. She has certainly proven her skills, not just with my hair, but from what I've seen with my mom, dad and brother as well. She is great and I will continue coming back to her.

I’ve been coming to T Hair Salon, primarily seeing Tina, for about 10 years. I started coming after my friend who used to do my hair moved away. So Tina colored, cut, and highlighted my hair for about 2 years then I decided to grow out my white hair and she has been cutting and occasionally low lighting my hair since then. I love Tina’s work on my hair and I’m so glad I found her. She always communicates promptly and tries to accommodate me, even when I have last minute requests. Thank you, Tina!

I used Tina at T hair salon for 2-3 years. Until one time she bleached my hair to the extent that it was coming out in pieces. It was horrifying and I had to file the complaint with the state. Tina never apologized and requested a sign paper that I’ll never complain about that experience anymore to the state. It was horrifying and humiliating. After 3 years since that scary day my hair is back to normal but I never go back there again. She did also my hair extensions too by the way. She does great job the 1st time and after that it slides down.

Always have a terrific experience here. Tina is amazing & does a great job- cut, color or chemicals - whatever - everything she has ever done to my hair has been awesome. And my hair is super fine so it’s not always easy to work on! Prices are very fair also

Great service! T was exceptionally helpful with my color choice. She did a trial on a hair strip the day before my appointment to make sure it would be just what I wanted. I've never had a stylist go out of her way to make sure I would love the ending result.Love and get so many compliments on my hair! I know this place values customers! While I was there, a customer wanted to do something to her hair and they took the time to explain how they could do that. Definitely going back again!
