Jackie gave me the lived-in blonde color of my dreams while also addressing my concerns of covering my grays and eliminating brassiness. She knew exactly what I needed without me having to say much! She also trimmed and reshaped my hair without taking too much off… which is always my biggest nightmare! You can tell she really has an eye for hair and is so good at what she does. Jackiie did an amazing job with my hair- I couldn’t be happier! She took time during my consult to ask questions and make sure she understood what I was looking for. After thinking it over I wanted to make some changes to what we were doing and Jackiie was amazing about it. She made sure to show me what she was thinking and offered advice on how to make sure the final product looked great before we started my appointment.
