My appointment was at 11 when the salon opened and I didn't leave until 730 that night. I asked for caramel highlights. Something to help blend the greys. All I recommend is ask how long they've been doing hair before you let them start. I get home and I still see the grey hair where I requested she put more effort in to. I wasn't happy with how long I sat there.

I work 6 days a week and have very little time to take care of myself also am low maintenance and it has been showing. I went today to get a cut and color to cover up the ignored grays and a lightener because I have always had very dark hair and it accentuates the gray. Not only did my stylist do a terrific job she also suggested the best way to maintain without so much time spent maintaining. She explained everything she was doing and why which I appreciated. Thank you so much Laura I will be back. I love my hair and feel better about myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made appointments for my daughter and myself. We get there in time for our appts. and the girl tells me there is going to be a 45 minute wait on mine but she could start on my daughter. After showing her the picture of what my daughter wanted, I sat to wait for the other girl to get to me. My daughter gets done an hour later and her hair was NOTHING like the picture i showed her stylist, which wasn't a difficult cut in the first place. It was atleast 3 inches shorter than we wanted and had some choppy pieces in it that we never asked for. I then went on to ask why the stylist never got to me and it turned out to be a woman I had seen walking around doing nothing the entire time we were there who then said she had no time to cut my hair because they would be closing soon... as if i would have let them touch my hair after what happened to my 12 year old daughter anyway. My kid spent the whole night and next day upset and in tears over her hair. We called the manager, Elizabeth, who said that was their top stylist and asked what we expected her to do about it. We asked for a refund and she claimed she would call us back but that we would have to bring my kid up there so they could see how bad her hair really looked. Needless to say, we have not received a call back and my daughter is still very upset and that upsets and hurts me for her that I made the mistake of taking her to such a awful place! I would never recommend and will definitely never be returning!!!

Whoever answers the phone, she was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to answer 2 simple questions! I was looking for a new stylist but I think I'll pass on this one because if you're that impatient to answer 2 easy questions then I'm sure you will cut my hair at a fast pace to get me out of there quickly as possible. Maybe even get mad if I make a suggestion on what I want done to my hair. Work on your customer service please.

A huge mistake was made on my son’s hair. The lack of training is evident in their hairdressers’ skills that they have and handling themselves professionally. My only hope for this is the business will use it as a learning experience to better themselves on cuts and handling themselves in a professional manner.

Jonesboro JCP Salon. The worst customer service. I called and made an appointment. Got a call back day before appointment, saying the woman I was scheduled with wasn’t going to be there so I had to be scheduled at a later time... okay no problem. Got another call a couple hours before appointment "hey did you call and cancel?" No?... Get there at scheduled time, she has someone else that she is doing a dye job on and she tells me just a few minutes... an hour passes by and I’m like okay... what’s going on? The lady at the front desk had to go ask "Erika" what was going on and how long it would be. She responded with about 20 more minutes. I just said I won’t be coming back. That was super rude. If you have someone else scheduled at one don’t tell me I can come in because I just wasted an hour of my time I won’t be getting back.

Walked in with my grandson to get a haircut about 7:40 pm. They don't close til 9 pm. The girl said we are booked all the while 2 girls were just walking around. I don't think they wanted to mess with him because he was little. Awful place!!!
