Jaime was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was proactive with my comfort and my hair looks amazing. I usually go natural, but I can definitely see the benefit of having a beautiful blowout. Would definitely recommend as she just has this magic touch. Also her scalp massages during the shampoo are to die for.

Hannah is incredible!! She is not only an amazing stylist, but also a joy to work with. I went in with a pretty tough ask- balayage on my very thick, very dark hair. I’ve been coloring at home for almost 2 years with color from Sally’s (I know that is bad, but I was a new mom and didn’t have the time to go in salon). And I walked out of the salon feeling more beautiful than I have in years. My hair is full of dimension, shine, and it’s just gorgeous. I would recommend anyone to book with Hannah if they can!

I have gotten hair cut with Yuliya at another store before, so was comfortable in getting it done hair cut too. She has great suggestions and helps you in getting different looks all the time.

I made an appointment letting them know I’ve had hair trauma before, with two awful services this year already leaving my hair in three different colors. I came in hoping for care and professionalism. Instead, they scheduled me, then called me twice to reschedule — even though I clearly told them I had to leave at a specific time to pick up my son. On top of that, they threatened me with a $50 cancellation fee. What a "wonderful" way to treat someone who came in vulnerable and trusting. Truly disappointing.

Just left this salon. Very unhappy. Made them aware and all they would do is offer another stylist. I would've considered another stylist but you see I called in advance and asked them for their best stylist when it comes to pixie haircuts. So that's who they gave me. With that being said why would I trust another stylist? Before leaving I showed them a picture of the haircut I asked for and Clearly didn't have, Not even close. I also told them, before I even set in her chair I asked her " are you confident in this haircut and can you do it" she said yes. She didn't have the skill and shouldn't of been trusted for the cut. I paid $239 to leave very sad. I actually had to pay for this when I should've been reimbursed. I mean when you look at the picture and look at my hair you can clearly see this is no where near what I asked for. I am home now and am trying my best to fix my hair and it's clear I will now have to have to find another hair salon to correct this mistake. So in the future when you come here to get your hair cut... if you're not satisfied or they completely destroy your hair...they will offer another stylist. Paula did a fantastic job on my hair again, today, I had a root touch up, partial highlights and a haircut. She’s an excellent colorist and stylist, explains ever process carefully and even shares great hair tips too. After a visit with Paula, I not only come out feeling refreshed but looking refreshed too. As a repeat client of hers I appreciate the time and effort she takes to ensure my hair looks good and stays healthy. Taylor Brookes Hair Salon and Spa has a real gem in her. I’ve been seeing Rena at Taylor Brooks since early this year and she’s been amazing. I leave there happier than I did the time before! She always hits it out of the park. I’ll continue to go back as long as Rena is there!
