WOW! What a thrilling experience! I made an appointment with Louis, who was recommended to me by a close friend that said he’s a really good colorist. My goal was to cover my gray hairs and get lots of face framing layers with my cut. There was a tiny bit of confusion during the process because I wasn’t aware I would be getting my hair bleached for going darker (could be due to a bit of language barrier, maybe he told me but I didn’t understand.) So I was full mode PANICKING at one point when I looked up and saw that my entire head was blonde! He could tell I was nervous so he talked me through it. Then he listened to what I had to say and adjusted the hair treatment according to my vision. The end result was 100% better than I had imagined. It was a big lesson on trusting the process, and I highly, hiiiighly - recommend Louis! I loved the final product!

Won’t recommend this place for haircut. There are other great salons in Johns creek area that does a good job with haircut with lesser price. The stylist was in a hurry to finish the haircut and didn’t even ask before blow drying whether the length was good. I came home and found a few strands of hair which was longer than the other and i cut it myself

I turned from brunette to blonde overnight and Luis did the best job ever! Very professional and talented. The salon is equipped with super high end amenities - almost gives you a london salon vibe!

I found out about the salon from a friend. Got a balayage done and felt like the pricing and service was pretty fair especially since I knew my hair would take quite a bit of time. Was pretty happy with the results.
