Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed to schedule an appointment with short notice for my daughter. Booking the appointment online was seamless. The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. They took excellent care of my daughter's hair. She was very pleased with her silk press! We will return for another service in 2 weeks!

100% recommend. Amazing customer service. Got into a bad place and my hair became very matted and they did it with no complaining. I have naturally super curly and coarse hair and the aftermath was beautiful. They were super sweet and were working on my head from 1:30-7:30 which is AFTER hours. Helped with things I didn’t even ask for because they were just so focused on taking care of me. Gave me a blowout after the detangling then flat ironed my hair. LOVE IT. Affordable prices as well… would definitely go back.

All around poor experience. My appointment started 25min late and wasn’t even with the stylist I had been assigned to according to the reservation. Way too much heat was applied to my hair for the silk press even when I asked them to do less, upwards of 5+ passes per section. They also applied a lot of oil to my hair during silk press, essentially frying my hair and resulting in a very greasy end result. I have fine hair so my day 1 results immediately seemed weighed down and had no flow. Finally, they cut my hair without my permission when I had only requested a trim, and belittled me and told me I need to come back for more treatment. What customer will come back when you treat them without consent? Needless to say they’ll never see my business again.

I had been looking for a salon to help me maintain the health of my and my daughter’s naturally curly hair for nearly a year! I found this location online and they did not disappoint ! My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience! They most definitely have two new customers! The staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional! Patricia was great with breaking down the steps I should continue to take at home to address the unique needs of our hair. As a consumer, I truly appreciate these things. I would highly recommend their services!

I got a wash, blow dry, and trim. Paid $92. I made an appointment for 12pm and the service was pretty quick but not rushed. I like how one of the stylist took the time to the detangle my hair, parting it in sections and starting with the ends. This is important when you have 4B/C hair! I also asked questions about what to do about my hair and the hairstylist Patricia seemed very knowledgeable on haircare and gave some guidance on what I needed moving forward. Overall it was a great experience. I just wished more appointments were available.. (that could just be a me thing )

I've been coming to Urban Rose for at least 2 years now and everytime my hair comes out great. I go for a silk press every once in awhile but it always comes out perfect. What I appreciate is they'll service you for what you want but also give advice on how to help your hair be at its healthiest. One of these days I will come in for a sew in but I do love my silk press.

The Urban Rose Saloon is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Solon washed my hair with such care and attention, and the cornrows he did were neat, clean, and beautifully done. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. The customer service overall was outstanding—everyone was friendly, respectful, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It’s clear that the people here genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to provide a great experience. I left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and looking my best. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality hair care and good people.
