Flawless U Salon Spa Academy

Carly did an amazing job highlighting my hair and cutting my elderly mother’s hair. My highlights turned out beautiful, and my mom’s haircut was done with such care and attention. Carly was incredibly patient, kind, and friendly with my mother, which meant so much to us. I highly recommend Carly and going to Flawless Salon. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience!

I can’t recommend Flawless enough! Dave at the front desk is great! In particular, my 11 yr old daughter and I have had an A+ experience with Lauren!! She is flexible, very friendly, talented, and professional! Her room is "Zen" and such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. She does brow tints for us, my lash extensions(which I’ve loved!) and for me also chemical peels. She is the go-to for us and we’d never go to another place. She’s also become a friend. My 11 year old has wanted very unique brow tints (blue or green, ha!) and Lauren has made it work each time!

I had Colleen, and she was very sweet, very nice. However, I did not receive the cut I wanted and am very displeased. The more I look at it, the more I hate it. Wanted my ends feathered out because my hair is super thick, but instead, she just took the scissors and cut straight across and trimmed the ends and said, "You're good." Asked her to fix it and feather it out more, but she said it was hair shock and that it would go away. The first red flag now that im starting to realize it was when she said "ive never worked with your type of hair before". (Which it was just corse and thick) I did not see her put a single layer in my hair. After coming home and trying to straighten it more to fix it, it still is really puffy at the ends. I would not want to come back even if they offered to fix it because I'm scared that they would just make it worse, so I just scheduled for somewhere else to fix it. I would have considered coming back to get it fixed if she had feathered it out when I asked, I know she had time since she said that her appointment after me had canceled but it seemed apparent that she just wanted to end it quickly to get to her lunch break. She could have even told me beforehand that she didn't know how to give me layers or how to do the hair i requested, i would have gone somewhere else. Waste of time and money, unfortunately. Tipped her well even though I was not pleased with my hair. Next time, don't say you can do the hairstyle if you really can't. Long story short, not everyone knows how to cut hair even if the place is rated well. Photo reference of what I wanted and what I got below.

Highly recommend! Fantastic services with friendly, talented employees. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've had facials in 5 star resorts, and my facials here are comparable. Lauren can help you choose the perfect facial. Scalp massages by Hallie are a must treat!

I wish I could review Mady a million times. Mady is incredible. She is very warm and welcoming from the second you walk in. She was very attentive to my skin concerns, giving different options for skin services. The massage was AMAZING! Between the aromatherapy, her soft touch, & the relaxing scenery I fell asleep almost instantly. The products used were very nice, has my skin feeling clean & hydrated. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had to come on here to express how amazing and uplifting I felt after a facial with Mady. From the beginning to end my every need was cared for with her often checking to make sure I was feeling comfortable, especially since it was my first time doing a facial. You can tell she dedicates herself and is passionate about her services, I feel so grateful to have had such a relaxing and empowering experience. Will definitely be booking more!

I experienced a spa facial with Mady. Her professionalism was top notch. Loved her thoroughness with then in-depth intake all the way to the massage and choosing what was best for my skin. I love how she customized the experience to what was best to my skin!
