PHI Eco Salon

I recently moved from the UK and had been searching for someone I could trust with maintaining my red hair. After months of looking, I was so grateful to book a consultation with Carissa and I instantly knew she was the one! I even made the drive from Gainesville and it was absolutely worth it for the amazing results. Carissa’s expertise and vision for my colour gave me so much confidence, not to mention I have been getting a lot of compliments on my red hair! I also had a haircut with Lacey, who knew exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. If you’re new to Jacksonville and looking for a salon you can count on, I highly recommend this team!

Went to Phi Eco last night for a long-overdue haircut and I had a fantastic, spa quality experience. This was my second visit to the salon for hair services and both times were peaceful and relaxing. Their salon is clean and spacious, and I love their shampoo area that’s dimly lit and has a galaxy motif painted on the ceiling tiles. The owner Carissa took the time to diagnose my underlying challenges and get a good idea of what I needed before starting the cut. I went in with damaged, almost thigh-length hair and she helped me salvage some of the length I thought I needed to chop. I left with an amazing blunt cut with face framing and couldn’t be happier. Now I’m trying to figure out how soon I can go back 🙂 Thanks!!!

Cindy was amazing today-thorough, kind, and explained the diffusing process well. I spoke with Carissa the owner when scheduling & thankfully they had a cancellation to get me in same day! I also got my eyebrows waxed by Laci, and she was very kind. Loved this experience - very laid back and welcoming.

Carissa is a gem. She worked on my curly hair with compassion. She enjoyed cutting my hair and giving me tips as to how to style it. She took her time and we had a nice time chatting. I won't let anyone else cut my hair. Her salon is clean, friendly and has a great vibe. Her staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice calm environment. I love that she only uses clean hair products and she cares about the environment. Thank you Carissa.

Just moved here and was desperately looking for a salon that could help me with my hair in this new climate. Carissa was such a guru! She knew all of my frustrations before I could even tell her. She did a gloss, the rebuilding treatment and finished with the best haircut of my life! She also recommended the perfect home regimen to get me through this crazy hot summer! A pleasant bonus was the whole apothecary section of Phi, where I was able to stock up on a bunch of natural home products and Carissa even created some custom skin care products for me to take home and try! I’m grateful that I’ve found my one stop, organic shop and I cannot wait to try many other products by them

Carissa and Cindy worked a miracle. They took me from a level 3 (a very dark color) to a beautiful bright blonde. A process that typically would take multiple appointments over a length of time (due to the normal harsh process of lightening) was done in 8 hrs split up into 2 appointments in 48hrs. With them being an eco friendly salon, they have alternative options that don’t include intensely harsh chemicals during the entire process.
