They are very unkind. They don't dry your hair fully after shampoo, don't care whether we have hairs on our body or clothes. I was so disappointed at their service, It's like a waste paying money for such poor service.

I got ripped off! I pay $250 for a "keratin treatment" that does nothing, absolutely nothing on my hair. It was like the regular deep conditioning treatment that you can buy in Walmart for $4!

I'm surprised why the rating of this place is so bad. People here seem to be professional and kind. At least I am very satisfied so far, and I've been using this place only for the past half a year. I guess there might be some language issues.

얼바인에 이사온 후로 집근처 김선영 Beauty Salon 에 다녀왔다. 그 곳에서만 10년 넘게 하셨다는데 머리 모양과 모발 상태등을 종합하여 적합한 형태로 잘라주셨다고 거울로 뒷모습을 보라신다. 못생긴 뒷 모습이라 보기 싫어서 거절했는데 거듭 보라고 하셔서 거울로 비춰 보았더니 만족스럽게 다듭어 놓셨다. 친절하고 실력있는 분 같아 단골 예감이다.
