I flew into Cali yesterday and needed a walk-in salon. Charming was awesome. She was on time, professional, friendly and reasonable.

I’ve been going to the salon for a few months now and I have no complaints at all! The service is fantastic, and the styles I get come out exactly how I want every time. She makes you feel very comfortable she answered all my questions regarding my Hair . She’s such caring person When she finish my hairstyle, I walked out so beautiful she’s the best 🥰

I booked with her originally through style seat but after she got in contact with I cancelled through the app but kept the appointment. That was one mistake. I didn’t have time to really look at my hair when she finished because she had someone else waiting and I had to rush to work. When I got off I had a terrible surprise. I’ve gotten a vixen many times before and what I saw in the mirror was not that. There was waaaay too much leave out and it was extremely bumpy. I understand my hair is thick and sometimes unruly but turn me away if you’re unable DONT play in my hair for $185. She barely braid any of my hair. She offered to fix it for an additional charge of $60. After showing someone else they told me to take it out immediately. Everyone who has seen it has told me it looked awful. The takedown was a nightmare. So much thread and the braid was a joke. Incredibly thick, the parting wasn’t neat, and the amount of leave out was diabolical. I’m so disappointed in this hairstyle and obviously won’t book again. I wish I was able to get a refund this is the worst my hair has even looked.
