i showed a picture of how i wanted my son's haircut and they totally did the opposite of what i wanted ... they dang near cut off all my child's hair and took forever to grow his curly hair and now my son has to look ridiculous for his birthday ...it felt on purpose because she didnt ask me to pay , i went up to her and asked to pay ... probably wont be back frfr

Usually we go to the gentleman who speaks mostly French and he does an amazing job but yesterday we went to this younger lady. We told her bald fade on my son's sides and back, and 2 in on the top. She used a 2 guard, which is a 1/4 in, and chopped it all off. He got really depressed because of it bc he really takes pride in his hair. We will go back and see some of the other guys there but not go to her. Seemed like she was more involved in the music and the lady selling cheap supplies than paying attention to what her clients want.

When I say I’m so satisfied I’ve been looking for a Barber in Indianapolis for my son‘s hair and I can say the search is finally over she did that ask for TEETEE ❤️❤️

The gentleman in the shop call her scarface. I have not had my hair cut in a while I wanted to thank her for making me feel comfortable and showing me the process and not just cutting my hair. I will be back to her for my next trim. My cut was cute and still feminine. Thank you listening.

Been taking my son there for several months now. They are cool with cutting, but lack communication skills. Not very inviting. I took 2 stars away because I have to be honest. This is something that can be fixed. I'm sure the owner takes great pride and would like to have clear and honest feedback.

I haven't did business with them yet but I did call in regards to a hairstyle that I wanted and they seem pretty cool, If this is the one I'm thinking of the person that does braids wasn't in but the guy kept in touch to make sure i was able to get ahold of her which i greatly appreciated and i believe i did speak with her through text and i was supposed to send her pics of the hairstyle i wanted but i ended up finding someone else shortly after that, So as you can see in my profile pic it worked out well and i got exactly what i wanted, But this Tru || you Barber and Beauty salon are very polite and respectful and above all very professional and im just sad i didn't get to do business with them, But just from what i have experienced so far i have much respect for them and i would definitely recommend them for all your hair needs, Have a Good Day😁

Lady Scarface is the best. She was very polite and friendly. She was very patient with my son. Everyone was full of laughter and just enjoying what they were doing. Great music choice and an overall relaxing environment. I highly recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed.
