Salon Ami Day Spa

Very bad experience overall with Salon Ami and believe I am getting ripped off and I feel SCAMMED. They "forgot" to tell me about the rewards system for Aveda for months, then continued to "forget" to add my points on numerous other times. The manager never even returned my voicemail. Now they claim I have a "duplicate" account just in their system and a DIFFERENT NUMBER of points than before after telling me i was close to a free bottle. It's not adding up.

My hair is completely jacked. The cut is a layered shelf of hair. The color is complete opposite of what I requested and faded by ½ with the first wash. The stylist can't explain how he plans to fix it AND I paid over $900! We'll see what the owner says....

I had an appointment today at 9am that had been confirmed. I get there walk in and tell the lady my name and appointment time then she proceeds to tell me they tried to call me but also sent a text that my stylist was sick and they had to reschedule me for Nick at 9:45am. When I took a look I didnt recieve a single call from you guys and only got a text 9 minutes before my appointment time. I find it frustrating and irresponsible business practice to just text a customer about the situation as I had other things on my schedule today and can't just accommodate last minute.

Very clean and organized salon! Staff are all very friendly and patient with customers. I was pleased with my haircut! The prices are higher than common chain hair salons, but it's for a reason. You get quality! I trust them with my hair! They listened to what I wanted and checked in on his I felt about it along the way. Will return!

Massage and facial. This massage was by far the best I've had ever. Ive had many too. I will come back again for sure. Definitely recommend Kristen. Wow

Loved my visit to Salon Ami. Dee was a fabulous a nail tech! The salon was very clean and professional. I will definitely be back!

Owner is aloof and hard to communicate with. Toilet sewage smell reeks through hallways at times. Essential oils say "Do Not Inhale" and have a million chemicals in them, Owner "forgot" to pay her employees on time and laughed and giggled her way through passing them out late. Owner over books herself while her other beauticians get scrap clients. She may just need to let it go. Very out of touch. She had 2 massage therapist but would only book the therapist who was not brown. Do not recommend for a beautician, massage therapist, client, or otherwise. Save ya coin and go elsewhere.
