Salon W

Before we got started, I had three reference pictures and a specific length requested, but unfortunately, she didn’t follow through on anything I asked for. My hair is uneven and choppy, and she cut off three more inches than I requested. She is great at a basic haircut but not if you want the trendy layered look. Also, there are NO Refunds if you are unhappy with her work. She acts like it’s all the customer's fault, which is unprofessional.

Seriously, every one of the stylists in there were so nice and seemed very knowledgeable! I've been experimenting with several salons in town and this one has been my favorite. They make it known that they can do traditional/conservative styles and services OR if you like the super trendy styles, they clearly have that capability too. Definitely a salon that wants loyal customers who want loyal stylists.

I absolutely love working with Bri! She is very professional and creative. I can come to her with an idea and/or color and she is totally on board. I love every haircut I have gotten!

I made an appointment for my mom at this salon as a gift. She came by for her appointment last Friday and was told the person she had the appointment with, Lorri White, was not there so she had to reschedule. We didn't get any phone calls or notifications that her appointment was cancelled. I bought a service from this salon on Groupon, after this we will not be back. A business that is not considerate of their customer's time is a business that's not worth my time.

Sophia is a master colorist and has made my hair look beautiful for years! Salon W is comfortable, friendly, cozy and clean. Try it!

Lori is great! Cute salon, takes care of customers and does exactly what you want. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I had the best experience here. We are new to the area, and Lorri took great care of us, and we will definitely be returning. Kudos to you!!
