I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I have been to this salon three times before and was always satisfied, which makes this experience even more upsetting. This time, I was attended by a different stylist. I clearly asked for a haircut with two face-framing layers and bangs. I also showed a reference picture to avoid any confusion. However, I ended up with a bob haircut, which is completely different from what I requested. When I mentioned it, I was told that the length was the same, but it was not. My hair was cut to shoulder length, which was never what I asked for. The length change was significant. Additionally, when the stylist started blow-drying my hair, no heat protectant was applied, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and concerned about hair damage. I strongly believe stylists should make an effort to confirm the length before continuing to cut, especially when making such a drastic change, and also follow proper hair care practices during styling. Clear communication and basic hair protection are essential. Unfortunately, I left feeling very sad and disappointed

I recently moved into the Heights looking for a reliable local place that had affordable haircuts for simple, trim, and fades, depending on who is available to cut your hair. This place would be a great find. Cindy I would highly recommend that she has been able to listen and ask about your hairstyle requirements and request great place for a quick touchup.

This place was recommended to me by a coworker who has been getting his haircut by Cindy. We both get a very similar cut a high fade with a com over. From someone who went to the same barber for the past 12 years it has been hard to find the right replacement but I couldn’t be happier to have found Cindy she is amazing.

Horrible service! Yesterday at 5pm came in for JUST a trim, simplest thing on earth that a hairdresser could do and the lady gave me bangs. What’s even worse is that I repeatedly told her "NO, STOP CUTTING MY HAIR" and she kept going saying she is doing what needs to be done. YOU ONLY HAD TO TRIM SOME HAIR NOT GIVE ME THE HAIRSTYLE YOU THOUGHT I DESERVE. Leave your job if you cannot do simple tasks that people ask you for.

Box hair color FAIL ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON, walked in and Cindy took me without appointment! Got hair color, deep conditioning (a scalp massage) And hair cut, she showed me how to style my hair at home!!! Thank you so much, I love the results.

Went in today to JN Salon without an appointment and they were able to work me in for an updo for a wedding. Cindy Ho did an amazing job with the photos I showed her for the inspiration. Not only is she super talented but also warm and friendly. Thank you, Cindy. 💕

Lida did a great job! Nice to have an Asian owned salon nearby that can do Asian and Indian hair well. The cut is perfect, and exactly what I wanted. She gave me some subtle highlights for summer, which is what I asked for.
