I had an amazing experience with Gio! He is incredibly skillful and professional, and you can truly tell he has a unique eye for trending hairstyles. He listens carefully to what you want and elevates it with his expertise. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed.

worst hair cutting I never experienced in Houston. The stylist - Jin - was rude and ignorant to customer’s needs. I initially wanted to have bangs, but he insisted to cut my hair without bands. I did not like his insist, but I think he may be professional, so I still let him work on his way. But then he kept harassing if the hair he cut is not good, I should go to other barber’s shop in Chinese. He even asked me some private questions that I don’t like to share. I was not familiar with him. Who the hell he is to ask me such questions. What’s more, I was charged $60 before tips and tax. I did not receive any explanation or notification of the price change. It was $50 last time I got my hair cut in the same barber’s shop. Now it is 20% increase of the charge! When I was paying, he stood in front of me and stared at how many tips I was going to pay. It was a super uncomfortable. His customer services does not worth a tip in my opinion. But I paid the full price with over 19% tips. I paid the high tips majorly I want to finish the process and leave the place ASAP. Unfortunately after I finished the paying, he still kept bragging about his skill and harassing me that if I check out other stylists, my hair will not as good as what he did for me. It is totally awful. And I really don’t like what he did for me hair. In my opinion he just wanted to quickly finish the work, chose a quick solution for my hair. I won’t come back to this place again.

My hair is super soft and fine, so I always thought a perm wouldn’t hold well. But Gio proved me wrong—I finally got my fluffy "big hair" look! Even after washing it the next day, the volume is still amazing. So happy with it. Thank you! And my teenage son really wanted a perm, and a friend recommended Debbie. Kids his age can be picky and know exactly what they want, but Debbie’s skills and experience made the result perfect—he loved it! We’ll definitely keep coming back to Debbie from now on.

Jin is so far the best hairstylist I have seen in Houston. He understands my needs perfectly and always serves me with warmth and care. My go to hairstylist.

This was a terrible experience. One of the stylists with curly hair was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not take his job seriously. He rushed through my son’s and my husband’s haircuts and finished both in about 20 minutes. The results were very unsatisfactory, and I was honestly very angry. We came specifically for Gio, but this visit was a huge disappointment. We will never return to this salon.

How much more "easygoing" do I need to be to not get skipped in the middle of my haircut? I skipped the hair wash, I didn’t insist on the style I originally wanted, and I tried to be as accommodating as possible. Yet none of that was enough for them to finish my haircut before rushing off to serve someone else. They used to be very nice and patient, but this visit was QUITE DISAPPOINTED. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited politely while my stylist finished with the previous customer. That part was totally fine. I understand that some appointments can take longer. When it was my turn, they had me sit down right away and mentioned that my hair looked clean, so the stylist suggested skipping the wash. I agreed, since my hair had already been washed earlier and didn’t need it again. However, when I requested certain styles that required a bit extra trimming, the staff seemed to have strong opinions about how my hair "should" look and refused all the options. What truly shocked me was what happened afterward. My haircut wasn’t even finished, not even to basic symmetry, when a male walk-in customer came in. The stylist immediately rushed over to assist him and left me sitting there with an uneven haircut. When I pointed out that the two sides were clearly different lengths, he casually asked another stylist, who was already busy with her own customer, to "take care of the rest." The whole experience made me feel IGNORED and DISMISSED, and the level of service this time was far below what I had come to expect from this place.

Gio is a great hair stylist! He fixed the bad hair cut from my previous place within 2 hair cut. So glad I could find him in Houston
