Getting your hair cut by Tomy at his salon is a phenomenal experience. He takes his time to tell you what's best for you and what would make you look your best. It's a truly relaxing experience, and his team is outstanding. You feel like you've known them for years; they make you feel so welcome. The result: exceptional and exceed my expectations Thank you, Tomy for the love you put into making us look and feel more beautiful.

I moved to South Florida about a year ago, so this review is long overdue. I found this salon on Google, saw some pictures and decided to give it a shot. From the minute I walked in I knew I had found the right place. The salon staff made me feel so welcome, and my stylist Lee Ann truly transformed my hair. Once I turned 40, my biggest hair priority became gray coverage. Lee Ann not only did just that, but she was able to get my hair to a blonde that I never thought was achievable. I am so grateful to her and the team at Tomy Mishali, and truly enjoy coming in here. I highly recommend Lee Ann as well as this salon, I am so happy to have found them :).

My cousin gets her hair done here and recommended I take my daughter for her trim and styling. My daughter has hair down to the back of her knees usually and she desperately needed a trim. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Salon itself is beautiful and staff was very friendly. Our Stylist was Bianca and she did such a wonderful job. Highly recommend. Tomy is truly amazing! I was long overdue for blonde highlights and a haircut and Tomy helped me bring my hair back to life! I had terribly split ends and some damage due to over bleaching. Tomy went in and trimmed off all the damaged ends and gave me a deep conditioning to help repair my hair. My hair now feels soft and has its bounce back! As a blonde who is always cautious and nervous to try a new stylist, I can honestly say Tomy will put all your anxiety to rest! He is knowledgeable and a true artist at what he does! Trust me when I say that your hair is in the best hands! Book Tomy - you won’t regret it!!!

Lee Ann frowned when she looked at my hair, informing me that the color did not compliment me at ALL. She seemed genuinely sad for me - who would let this happen? She then spent the next few hour patiently and meticulously painting and foiling what had to have been every strand on my head, one by one. The time and concentration she put into it astonished me. Hours later, she also cut off my misguided attempts to grow my flat, thin hair shoulder length and restored volume with a precise cut that ends somewhere around my cheekbones. Ok, if I HAD cheekbones, but the cut fakes them and gives structure to my round, chubby and now jowly face. The reaction from everyone who knows me is consistently ‘WOW, OMG, your HAIR! That’s the best I’ve ever seen it!’ And it’s true. The color is what she calls a dimensional blonde. With different shades adding depth, and the cut is versatile enough to wear straight or wavy and I absolutely think Lee Ann deserves a Medal of Honor. The salon itself is large, spacious, light and bright, full of extremely friendly people. It was an amazingly positive first experience that will definitely not be my last.

I came to Tomy Mishali nearly weekly for almost six months, and while my stylist was absolutely amazing and talented and the reason I kept coming back, the overall experience was good but has room for improvement. My stylist is is exceptional at what she does and made every appointment enjoyable. However, when 2/3 of my touchpoints (front desk, hair washing, then seeing my stylist) at a salon make me feel unwelcome, that’s a problem the management needs to address. I was a loyal customer and didn’t feel as valued by this salon as I would have hoped. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients, because the talent is there, the service culture just needs to match it. My stylist has since left for another salon, and I’ll be following her there as she was the only aspect keeping me at Tomy Mishali.

Absolutely amazing experience! My hair had been damaged at another salon, so I went to Tomy Mishali Salon & Spa hoping to fix it. I was lucky to be taken care of by Carolina, and she was phenomenal from start to finish. She gave me the perfect color, a flawless haircut, and the most beautiful blow-dry. I walked out feeling like a beauty queen! 👑 Carolina is truly a master of color—professional, talented, and so attentive. 100% recommend!
