I recently visited Salon Nouveau for the first time and had an amazing experience with Sarah B! As someone who’s pretty low-maintenance when it comes to hair (messy bun and go is usually my vibe), starting a new in-person job felt like the perfect opportunity to find a haircut that really works for me. The salon was super clean, professional, and still had a warm, relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home. Sarah B was fantastic—she took the time to talk through everything with me, from maintenance and products to styling tips, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She really made me feel heard and valued. I ended up going with a cute mid-length bob with layers and some subtle face-framing, and I absolutely love it! It feels fresh and stylish but still easy to manage—exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be going back to Sarah B. If you’re looking for someone who listens, cares, and delivers, she’s the one!

I’m not a girl who gets her hair done very often, but I have been wanting a little change. I’m always nervous but have seen a few people I know get their hair done here so decided to make an appointment. Raven was AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted and made sure not to go too light with it. I am definitely due for another visit soon, and will always recommend her!

Unprofessionalism at its peak ! - I had booked a haircut with Raven for my maternity shoot for the first time with this Salon after reading the reviews. I booked the appointment on the day before my shoot. The appointment was at 3pm and I got a iMessage from her ( unknown number)at 1:30 pm that she is running far behind and will be rescheduling the appointment. By the time i already had left my work, pushed my meetings and booked an uber to be there for the appointment. She cancelled on me 1.5 hr before, no apology when I reached the salon she didn’t even came out to meet me or explain me. I have never seen this before, I understand people can be running behind the schedule but have the decency to inform via call and at-least apologise for the inconvenience. Will never book with her. But seems like others too had the same experience with her. If I would have done this they would charge me a cancellation fee.
