Lynn is a master with color! And so attentive and serviceable. She figured out what I wanted even when I didn't really know since I'd never had my hair colored before. I'm completely satisfied and very happy.

Lyn was fantastic as always. She listened to what I wanted and did a very good job ftom start to finish. I always enjoy coming here and catching up with her, too. Highly recommend.

Requesting review for what exactly?I came driving in for 15 min for her to say she cant do my appointment today quoting "I'm very busy today and cant do your appointment". So why the hell do you allow booking appointments online and wasting other people's time to drive there? I had booked the appointment for hair massage and wash which displays as 50 dollars on the website. And then she has the audacity to call me around 2.30 saying one of her clients didn't show up and now her schedule is free and if I wanna come back in she can do it and also she says it will cost be 150 dollars because the website price doesn't include drying the hair and apparently drying cost 100 dollars lol. So probably she was trying to make up for the money she lost from the no show up. Also why not update the website and clearly say it doesnt include drying. I dont know where this lady is coming from but her mannerism is rude from top to bottom and unacceptable business practices. And this was my 1st time ever to get a service from this salon, not a very good first impression huh? Lady who do you think you are, queen Elizabeth? Get down from your high horse and treat people with respect, you depend on clients to run your business. Will never step foot in here again

I fully trust Lyn for hair highlighting that I feel really good about. She has colored my hair for years. When I moved from to the east side I tried another professional for a year, and made the wise decision to return to Ritual Hair Salon. Definitely worth the drive across town.

My experience was a complete nightmare! This is my first bad review. Things went bad at so many levels, very difficult to explain in a single review. I will write 3 different reviews for my 3 visits. It will take time but will document every detail of how I was abused during my visits. I took permanent hair straightening service and the pictures shows how it ended up, which is permanent hair damage. And what was most upsetting to me, Lynn started to make up stuff and blamed me for my hair damage! Like she never told me that there is risk to do the straightening as I had color in my hair. But she is now claiming that she did! Also she is saying I caused this damage by ironing and coloring my hair whereas this is absolutely false. This is so unacceptable! At least if she had admitted what she did was wrong, I wouldn’t have written this review. At the end when I realized she wouldn’t be able to fix it, I asked for a refund but all she could do was blaming me and shutting me off. I did not ask for compensation, just wanted my own money back so that I can go to different hair expert. Now I have lost $430 with completely damaged hair. My hair now looks so embarrassing that I stopped taking my photos or visiting any friends. I lost my hair and lost money. But all that matters to these ppl is money, not customer satisfaction. This lady will show her real face when she mess up something. Just wanted to warn any new customer who are still deciding where to go for hair treatment. There are couple of more bad reviews, please read them before you decide. Also check Yelp reviews! ( I have added a yelp review who had similar experience like mine. And definitely it was Lynn)

Delighted with my experience here with Lyn! I haven't had anything done to my hair in years and wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. Lyn's expertise was exactly what I was hoping for, she guided me to an easy-to-care for style and color that I absolutely love. And she convinced me to be brave and try an undercut for the first time. 🙂 Great atmosphere, comfortable and clean, would highly recommend!
