​Be very careful here if you are booking for hair care service/treatment. I was promised Keratin Complex brand for Keratin Treatment, but caught them using a generic product with the label taped over. When confronted, they tried to give me a cheaper "Express" version of the treatment for the full $200 price. They are not transparent about what they are putting on your hair. I had to leave mid-service and now have scalp irritation. Extremely unprofessional.

I wanted the perfect hair for my bday and I got exactly what I wanted! After a few visits to bleach my thick dark hair we got the exact results I ask for! Thanks to Heathers expertise I got my dream hair<3 She's the only person I ask for now and recommend to friends and family. Actually, she was even doing my aunt's hair and another girls hair during my visits. So talented!

If you want stylest who actually listens to how you want your hair done; you need to go there. Julie is my stylist. And she is amazing. My hair turns out amazing whether she is coloring it or if she perms it.

I was referred to this salon by someone close to me who always gets her hair done there — and her hair always looks fabulous. I don’t usually get my hair done, but I decided to treat myself and made an appointment about four days ago. Honestly, I was excited! That excitement didn’t last long. From the moment "Tony" started cutting my hair, I felt like I was in a discount Great Clips — actually, worse. The experience was hideous. I even had to ask him to stop. When I asked if he was going to wash my hair before styling, he said, "No, I’m busy." I couldn’t believe it. I told him, "Seriously? I made this appointment, and now you can’t even take the time to finish it properly?" He just said he had someone waiting ( mind you that I set this appointment up 4 days ago) I was shocked — I arrived around 11:38 a.m., he didn’t even start until after 11:45, and somehow by 12:11 he was "done." I was so frustrated that I just paid (yes, even left a tip) and left. I went straight to another salon to fix the hideous cut — it looked like something a kid could have done, uneven and sloppy. Thankfully, the new salon repaired it and saved my day. Later, I told my friend who referred me about the experience, and she said, "That doesn’t sound like Tony at all — he’s in his 30s." Well, the man who cut my hair looked to be in his 60s with a belly. What a fraudulent situation! Never again. Absolutely horrible to pretend to be someone else!

I brought my daughter Maddie in for a haircut. She has envisioned a certain cut and style. Maddie was paired with Heather. Heather made sure to listen to what Maddie wanted and look at the inspo pics. Heather did not disappoint. She was amazing. She took her time to make sure that Maddie left looking and feeling fabulous. She was able to get the curls to stay in her hair too. We will be going back to her for all future hair needs.

I’ve been coming for years to see Julie and she’s always done a great job with my cut and color. I have fine hair and she makes it look like it’s thicker than it is. Lots of compliments and several people have come here and loved it after my suggestion.
