Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Highland Village

This is the best Madison Reed Salon that I have come to. Jasmine my color specialist did an amazing job coloring my grey roots. Daisy, what can I say she was AWESOME! She did a fabulous job getting out all the hair dye and at the same time gave a relaxing head massage. This salon is the best and I will be making it my permanent go to Madison Reed Salon! Thank you ladies!!!

I just walked in and I needed my hair color done desperately. Tho, there were clients made their pre-booking already, Glad I got accommodated. Joy the hair colorist was nice, patient, & explained to me how M R differs from our traditional hair salon. My 1st time there in M R Highland Village not quite sure if I would trust my Asian hair with them. Asian hair are with thicker/strong/shiny texture which difficult/stubborn to style. It requires more time/effort to cut, manage, & color. It is hard to find a good/patient/knowledgeable hair care provider that you can trust your hair even in a specialized hair salon boutiques. But I was glad I trusted M R Highland Village their hair colorists and techs are professionals. Therefore, I ended up booking my nxt appt.

Great 1st experience at Madison reed. Ebony was amazing. She was thorough and did such a good job picking the right color. She was quick and efficient. So glad I found her. Daisy did a wonderful job with the shampoo and blow dry. Will definitely be back!

Went in to purchase hair color, talked to 1 girl, and was talked in to letting them Color it, since I was heading to a birthday party in a few hours, I had time. I clearly explained I wanted my hair styled because I was attending my granddaughters birthday party, they acknowledged what I had asked For, after dealing with 3 different people on the final station, (the assembly line) the girl walked me to a mirror and basically left me there to dry my own hair, so I did , I asked for a curling iron, they said they did not have one. I left very disappointed.

I have been using MR for several years now and have been very happy with their services. The hair color is very mild and easy on my sensitive scalp. I just got their bonding treatment and it was amazing!

I have been coming to this location for a while now, but recently they added a colorist named Joy. For the first time ever - someone educated me on my hair, which products I should use, which ones I should stay away from and explained why my hair needs are different than other peoples. This is the first time anyone has ever taken the time to explain how the products work to benefit my hair type - she was not upselling me. It was genuinely for my benefit rather than increasing sales. She is always giving me tips and tricks and I genuinely appreciate it. Having someone take their time to explain and teach you about something you should already know but don’t, has made my experience here, exceptional. She definitely lives up to her name - Joy!

No pretentiousness, just patience and helpfulness from the staff. I enjoy being a member and the haircare bar is set up for independent use after your color. Occasionally color jobs are not quite quality but for the most part they've been great!
