Hitomi did such a lovely job on my haircut! It's very difficult to find people who can cut short hair well on women - especially with round faces. She gave me a cut that was exactly what I wanted, but tailored to flatter my face, and I didn't come out looking like a mushroom! She was also very knowledgeable about scalp and hair care. Since I've changed my routine to match her suggestions, my scalp has been much less irritated and my hair looks shinier. 10/10 would recommend! I will be going back consistently for all my cuts.

Amy kindly squeezed me in for the last hour. I initially went just for a haircut, however, her excellent consultation convinced me to let her do additional work. I wasn't planning on coloring my roots, but her knowledge and advice made me trust her judgment, and I'm glad I did. Usually, I'm not completely satisfied after a haircut or touch-up, but she took her time blow-drying, straightening, and curling my hair, and the result was amazing. I left her salon feeling absolutely beautiful.

I love Neo Beauty! my first appointment was for a hair bleach and dye and Amy was so thorough. I know it's hard to get dark hair to a light pink but she took her time and gave me the hair I wanted!! The prices are also very reasonable for dyeing. She also gives me tips to get my hair healthier and remembers the styles I like for my hair 🙂

I've been visiting Hitomi since she worked at Gardena. I had a hard time to find my hair stylist in So-cal area for a long time, but I finally found the one. she is the best! She've done great hair coloring and cut. Since then she's my most favorite. After she opened the salon in Hermosa beach, of course I followed her. I love this place❤️You can feel So-cal breeze and positive vives there. The salon is at Hermosa Pavilion and there are plenty of free parking in the building (Parking entranceis 16th side). She's flexible for the schedule and always kind service. I think it's Japanese Omotenashi which she gave me a Japanese tea during hair care! Hitomi is so sweet and kind 🥰

My experience at Neo beauty has been amazing. This is my second visit and both times, my hair has grown for at least 5 months. Going for a shorter look, Hitomi san manages to achieve that while making it stylish at the same time. Hitomi san knows very well what she's doing and is skilled in her profession. Not to mention, she is a very sociable and delightful person to speak with. I'm very happy with the work she's done and would definitely visit again. ありがとうございますひとみさん！

I’ve been coming to get my hair care from Hitomi for a while now. She can do all color, Japanese straightening, and cut at the same time. Her straightening works great and last for a long time. It won’t damage my hair, and I can enjoy the So-Cal beach breeze!

I've been getting my haircut from Hitomi for almost 2 years now. She's the best! I hopped around different barbers and stylists for many many years. Never really settled on anyone until I met her. She's meticulous in her craft but at the same time very personable and friendly (I also get to practice my Japanese with her which is a big plus 😬). The salon itself is in a great location with plenty of parking. As long as I'm in LA I'll be getting my hair done here. Would definitely recommend her to anybody!
