The Wig Cottage

If I could give The Wig Cottage 100 stars I would! I came in needing a wig due to hair loss from chemotherapy. Not only were they so welcoming but very knowledgeable in everything wigs. I let them know my style and what I was looking for and wanting. They brought plenty of wigs to try on, let me see the color inside and outside to make sure I liked the color, and let me try on the same two over and over again to ensure it was the wig I wanted. I not only got a wig that I feel so comfortable in, but I gained a ton of knowledge on wearing the wig, upkeep, and styling. I am forever thankful for all the ladies at the Wig Cottage. They truly change lives and make sure you leave there feeling the most confident and beautiful. Thank you ladies!

My daughter and I went into the cottage a couple of months ago to check out some of the wigs they have, and the staff were super sweet and have Great Energy the young lady assisting me, was so kind and helpful with me, and was "in tune" with my energy, (I'm a little strange when I get nervous, & I don't like taking photos so I make weird faces during photos Lol) she knew exactly what type of wigs I would look lovely in She was communicating with my support system aka my daughter as well so I lwouldn't forget. I appreciate People Like You!! 💞. Btw, I loved your cute cartoon character shoes.

Excellent customer care! I appreciate the professional, patience and kindness Emily showed in assisting me to select the best style and color of my wig. Morgana then assured me she would be able to reconstruct the wig to fit me perfectly! That she did! They've done it twice! So grateful you are a part of my story! I highly recommend The Wig Cottage! I can't say enough about the service my mother received from Emily. I took my mom to The Wig Cottage in April 2024. She had some medical issues causing hair loss, and Emily was wonderful. Emily helped her with many wigs and finally ordered her a wig that my mom loved. Before we had the chance to get the wig, my mom passed away. I called and spoke with Emily, she was so sympathetic she did everything she could to make sure we were happy with the credit card issue. She was so caring and considerate. If I could give her a 10**** review, I would. Thank you again for all of your kindness Emily.🥰

The girls at The Wig Cottage really helped my wife out while she was going through chemo treatments. She felt comfortable and confident with the wig after losing her hair. The girls taught her a lot about how to take care of it and make the wig look natural. I was really impressed with the care they provided her. Other shops charged us to try a few wigs on too. The Wig Cottage allowed her to try numerous wigs on at no cost & didn't pressure us one bit.

I received excellent service but I am very disappointed in the wig I chose considering the price I paid. After wearing the wig 5 times, and being new to wig wearing I was overly gentle with the wig, it tore where the lace meets the cap and it sheds an awful lot. This hasn’t discouraged me from wig wearing but I will be more cautious of the wig that I purchase next.
