Trendz of Saucon Valley

I was in to get highlights and at first was not completely satisfied with the results. I let them know, and they were not hesitant to help resolve my concern. She listened to any changes needed and executed them greatly and I am very happy with the results after! I definitely appreciate the customer service as well 🙂

I have been going to Trendz in Hellertown ever since they opened and I’ve always been extremely pleased! I’ve had hair styling, color, manicures, pedicures and various services. The staff is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming! My husband has also started going to Trendz for his haircuts and he loves it too. All of the stylists are professional and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any one of them! I always leave feeling pampered and pleased.

What a great salon!! 👍 I always receive exemplary services here. I went in today for a cut and color. Kerri is my go to stylist she keeps me looking young and fresh lol. Always friendly and upbeat. 😎 I honestly don't know what I'd do without her. Five star for sure!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I’ve been looking for a new place to get my hair done and was initially excited to try this one based on a referral from my coworker. The pricing was reasonable and the extended hours worked well with my schedule. Unfortunately, my first appointment left me incredibly dissatisfied. I was placed with a stylist who had just graduated and was only 18 years old. While I fully support new professionals gaining experience, I was never informed ahead of time that I would be seeing someone so new to the industry. Had I know, I absolutely would have requested a more experienced stylist and waited a little longer for an appointment with one. That lack of communication from the salon was extremely disappointing. The appointment itself was rough-literally. The stylist was not gentle while washing, drying, or brushing my hair. She also never even offered to style it once it was done. I had only asked for a simple root re-dye (black) and a trim, which I assumed would be straightforward. However, I was devastated when I asked for a slight trim to my curtain bangs and after trimming them, she then took a wide chunk of the side of my hair and harshly cut it downwards, creating layers only on the side of my head that does not lay or flow with the rest of my hair. While the hair color turned out fine, the haircut left me incredibly upset. I have never come home from a hair appointment and cried before, but this time I did. It’s not even fixable at this point because a stylist would have to chop so much of my hair off to even it out and I do not want more inches off. I still left a tip, out of respect for those in customer service who rely on them, but I am so disappointed in my overall experience - particularly in how the salon handled the appointment and failed to communicate who I would be seeing. I truly hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their transparency with clients moving forward.

I've found Kerri after trying a few different salons and I am so glad I did! She is AMAZING! Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also truly listens to what you want and makes sure you leave happy every time! She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment making you feel like family. I always get compliments on my highlights after seeing her, and I can't recommend her enough!

Such a great salon! I was so happy that I was able to book an appointment for a facial with Megan. I was so relaxed with her massaging techniques that I was relaxed all day. The Aveda products are organic and have a nice smell to them.

My first experience at Trendz was for my daughter's quinceañera back in October, and I've continued to attend since then. Kerri was amazing, it was great service, and she did an awesome job. She is a great person and hairstylist, and I'm always happy with the results every time I go. It's a very friendly environment, and I'm always complimented on my hair and where I got it done. I would definitely recommend it. Kerri is my forever hairdresser.
