Owner has a bad attitude and have to educate herself on customer service. I am being patient with your inability to understand and cut the way shown in picture. Then complaining my appointment is taking too long since you couldn’t do your job. Her Haircut is worse, the lady who works on the weekend is good but whoever the owner is crappy. It’s not salon it’s 15 min haircut place. Low price for crappy attitude and filthy tools. To the lady who works on weekends you are great, love your service, I don’t know how you put up with that witch.

I love Nancy and Viviana! I've been coming here over a decade (yikes!) because the quality and service is the best! The color, cut, and styling by Nancy knows no bounds! She just knows what looks good and I totally 100% trust her expertise! I'd be lost without her gentle hair care!

Nancy was awesome, I prefer to go to small my home town hair saloon than this big name because they have inexperience hair dresser which is I don’t mind they can get experience working there but they let them work unsupervised, that’s the problem. They have ruined my hair couple of time so good by to supper cut and great clip I have found who cut my hair till you fix this
