I don’t usually find myself at Ulta, but today I’m glad I did. Kayla helped me pick out some new cologne and made the entire experience effortless and fun. She’s welcoming, professional, and has a way of making people feel seen and comfortable which is no small feat. Exceptional service like that is rare, and I’ll absolutely be back. Also, her positive energy makes the place better instantly.

I had an amazing experience at the ULTA in Harker Heights between 3:30pm–4:45 PM. I was helped by an employee named Nkhya, a Prestige Beauty Advisor, and she completely transformed my shopping experience. As someone who recently got out of the military and never really wore makeup, I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to even start. From the moment I entered the store, every employee greeted me and made me feel welcome. The staff on the floor were actively checking on customers, which I appreciated. Nkhya approached me while I was wandering around looking lost and kindly asked if I needed help. I jokingly told her that nothing was okay because I had no idea what I was doing and she instantly made the whole moment comfortable and fun. I explained that I was looking for a natural makeup look and even showed her a picture of products I had been recommended before. She took her time looking closely at the image and was incredibly professional in identifying the brands and shades I needed. She walked me through everything step-by-step and color-matched me for foundation, concealer, blush, and lip products. She used my arm and hand for swatches to make sure each product matched my complexion perfectly. What I loved most was how she checked in with me throughout the process, holding up a mirror little by little so I could see the progress. She blended everything beautifully and found exactly my natural shade: nothing too light, nothing too dark. Just perfect. I truly want to thank Nkhya for giving me such a comfortable, educational, and positive experience. She made makeup feel approachable for me, and I walked out confident in my purchases and in how to apply everything. ULTA Harker Heights is lucky to have her!

I absolutely love great customer service and that’s exactly what I received at this Ulta location. I was struggling to use the app to apply a coupon during my purchase, and Ashley went above and beyond to help me. Even when I told her not to worry about it, she patiently walked me through the process, showing me features I didn’t even know the app had. Her positive energy and kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel like your business really matters, and because of Ashley, I would gladly go out of my way to shop at this location again.

I am so extremely disappointed with this Ulta Salon. What an absolute waste of time! I went into the store 3 weeks ago, and asked for all over color. They said they couldn't take a walk in that day, totally understandable. They quoted me $125 for what i wanted and told me I could schedule on the app (which i told her I don't have. As that was my first day ever stepping into an Ulta store). She explained that I could download it. I still do not understand why she could not just make me an appointment at the desk. Ok, no complaints, maybe that's just how they do it. I don't know. Again. Never been inside of an Ulta. So I downloaded the app and made my appointment, 3 weeks out, selected "All over color", and just decided that would have to be good enough. I am prone to breakage, and I really needed someone knowledgeable to do my color. Today was my appointment, at 3:00pm. I got there at 2:50, checked in and was asked to sit and wait. So I did. I mean, I have an appointment, and I was early, so that's fine. Well, FINALLY, at 3:30, I was told to come sit in the chair. Where i was then told that they couldn't do my service before closing time! Mind you, my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders. She then tells me that she can do HIGHLIGHTS, and I can come back a different day for the color. So now I am supposed to pay for a service I don't want, then come back for my original service?? Why not say that when I walked in for my "All over color" appointment? Or call me BEFORE I drove 35 minutes to your salon, and got a babysitter, because my husband is deployed. I haven't had time for myself in 4 years. This was my only attempt at self care, and it was a complete wash. Maybe there would have been time if I didnt have to wait 30 minutes. Either way, I was definitely disappointed in my only two interactions with the Ulta brand EVER.

Received amazing service from Littiar, she gave me the best wash ever. I left that chair stunning with the most confidence and knowledge on how to care for my scalp and hair. Definitely a reason why she is a Master Stylist

Went in for a last minute appointment. Just needed a haircut because this hair had seen battle 😆 Andrea was so sweet and listened to what my goals and concerns were. She was very knowledgeable and really did a wonderful job! I have already rebooked with her for next month. If you need to get your hair right, she will hook you up!

I love this store! Customer service is top notch! I also get my hair done by Martha in the salon. She is so taleted at her craft! I have a pixie cut and I am very particular about my hair cuts. It takes a special skill to cut short women's hair and she never disappoints! I highly recommend this store!
