Lee's The Salon

I was in bind needed a haircut. 8 inches off in long layers. I was fit in after closing and got a great cut!

I've been to Lee's salon on two separate occasions and left very unhappy both times. Lee, the owner loves to cut hair but I'm not sure he knows how to. I asked for a chunky cut bob and received a feathered cut with no volume. I gave him the benefit of doubt twice and both times I felt like he should have paid me for the experience of attempted hair cutting.

I've been having Melissa take care of my hair needs for a while now - knew her when she worked in Oxford and found her here at Lee's. She knows my hair and I've never been disappointed with the work she has done for me. Lee is a very nice person, very thoughtful of the clients and the personnel.

Melissa did my hair. She's very sweet but her technique is poor. Unfortunately once I got home and messed with it she had cut the front of my hair short and left the back long. No texturing, just choppy "layers".... was my first time there and will not return. Gave 2 stars only because she was sweet.

My 8 year old got her hair cut today by Melissa. She loves it and can’t stop twirling her new short hair! Highly recommend this salon. Clean, professional and excellent customer service.

I do NOT recommend going here ! The owner messed my friends hair up bad. She went there to get knots out of her hair and he told her that he could get it out and started cutting in her hair making parts of her hair short. She went there for him to do NOTHING to her hair but mess it up even more. You should be humiliated for letting her walk out of your salon looking like that !

Melissa is great. Great prices and always on time. The salon meets my needs for stylish cuts and colors despite a generally older clientele. I will continue to patronize this salon long term.
