Salon Grove

I love my stylist, Abigayil! This is a very clean, well-equipped salon with a professional, high energy, friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service, which is excellent. I've only been twice so far, but they have already earned my loyalty. Salon Grove is not the closest salon to me, but let's be real: A relationship with your salon, and particularly with your stylist, is an emotional one, requiring trust built upon experience. I'm more than willing to drive 20 miles each way to have the confidence and assurance that I'm going to get an awesome cut and stunning color, and that is what Salon Grove and Abi deliver!

I previously had a bad experience at another local salon so I hadn't been to one in years. I'm so glad I chose Salon Grove. Molly did an amazing job on my hair and she was super sweet!

I left 4 messages over a 4 day period for a return call to make an appointment. When they finally did call me back I was told that I couldn't make an appointment because the stylist that they wanted me to see didn't cut curly hair. She did give me the number for another stylist in the salon that did. After multiple text messages back and forth, the stylist told me that it would cost a minimum of $225 for the cut because I was a new client and she has to detox all new clients hair. Mind you that price does not include the cost of products that you MUST buy just to be her client. I was polite and advised that I just could not justify that expense for a hair cut. She said that she understood and offered to "dry cut" my hair ($70) but said that she could not guarantee my cut would look right if I did not follow her process. I did not schedule as I was afraid that she would botch my hair in order to prove to me that I needed to spend the extra money. She seemed very knowledgeable and I'm sure that she believes that her services are worth that and seems to be very successful in charging this as she was also booked out for about 4 weeks. I'm not saying that you should not go here as I have heard that the employees are wonderful. (That is why I was trying to go) I'm just relaying my personal experience.

Abi is the absolute best around! I have used her for years and she never fails to deliver bring new life to my hair. Salon Grove is lucky to have her! ❤✂️😉❤

Absolutely great salon. Best one I have found on the Mississippi coast by far! Reagan did amazing work on my hair. I highly recommend!:)

Advertises online and their voicemail says walk ins welcome. Drove 40 miles to be turned away. Seemed snooty as hell. They must be rich. Your business will be appreciated somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Need someone to pick up the Phones to make appointments.
