I had my hair done by Michael today, and it was such a good experience. He took time to be meticulous to make sure the cut and style were absolutely perfect and looked amazing on me. He was so patient with my questions, and is just an all around really sweet stylist. I’ve been disappointed more than a few times with salons on the coast, and I’m glad I gave Brushes a chance. I won’t go to anybody else after the experience with Michael today.

If you’re out of town from a big city and are used to a high quality of haircut, under any circumstances DO NOT come here. Techniques used are subpar. Thankfully hair grows back, but very unhappy with my hair, also due to the fact that the haircut did not end up quite as requested additional styling was required and was charged more than initially agreed upon.

Awesome, first time in and Michael was quick to get me in for a wash and ready for Erin to give me a cut. Got to chat with a friend and the staff was very understanding. Thank you for a great wash and cut!

This salon is top tier. Erin fit me in and got my hair looking exactly like I wanted. She was so sweet, easy to talk to, made sure she understood what my goal was with my hair, and NAILED it. Leilani did my daughter’s hair cut and added some tinsel for her. She did a really good job at making her comfortable. She left super happy as well. It looks so pretty! All of the other stylists there were super friendly and inviting too! 10/10 recommend.

I went in to get my very long hair chopped off to donate, and Skylar took excellent care of my hair and got it exactly how I envisioned it. She’s super fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough! She even helped me by sending off my hair for donation!

Disrespectful and awful place. They do not care about their clients. Hairdresser Victoria with zero desire to work. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. She scheduled appointment for me on Saturday morning, told me it will be 4 hours treatment and 200 dollars. I cancelled all my plans for that day. When I arrived she wasn’t there. Tried calling her, and she said she: "forgot to check up her schedule and will not come today". It’s incredibly rude. Salon is a joke. Don’t go there. Scam

Arden has been doing my hair for years now and she's an excellent stylist. She specializes in hair health and has a penchant for loving vivid so we get along swell. She's talented at cutting curly hair, and can work with you if you prefer low maintenance options. She also offers spray tanning and waxing. Erin and her entire crew are all friendly talented professionals. The salon is always clean and orderly and it's great to relax and get my hair done. (All hair colors done by Arden)
