Lainey is a hair wizard! My friend and I drove from Hendersonville for our first head spa in January. We really didn't know what to expect. I had read online that the head spa would be followed by a quick blow dry. Not only was the head spa one of the most amazing treatments I have ever experienced, but Lainey's ability to quick dry my hair left me walking out with what can only be described as my best hair day ever. I have unruly hair but Lainey was able to tame the wild beast. I was grinning from ear to ear. Surprisingly my hair stayed in that same fantastic look for 5 nights worth of sleep. I could just wake up, brush and fluff my hair and go. I received so many compliments about my hair and how healthy and amazing it looked! My friend and I are booked with Lainey on February 9th and I have been anxiously awaiting to see what kind of wizardry Lainey will perform for a color and cut. We are planning to drive to Lainey every 6 weeks for cuts and colors with hopefully several head spas thrown in. Lainey makes you feel like you have been friends forever. You definitely can't go wrong booking any of Lainey's services (unless you don't like looking fantastic and getting compliments on your hair for weeks 😀)!

Lainey is fantastic! My first head spa experience and it was beyond relaxing. I’m diabetic and it was a nice surprise to learn she is knowledgeable about what’s the best treatment for me. I look forward to more sessions and love the immediate result. Can’t wait to see the longterm results. I highly highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jennifer was so warm, personal, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed—it truly feels like stepping away from the outside world. The head spa experience allowed me to completely relax, let go, and focus on me, which is something we don’t do often enough. Jennifer’s attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and so grateful for the experience. I can’t wait for my family to have the same experience. I can't recommend her enough!

The best experience at a head spa ever. Lainey is the sweetest human on the planet! She went above and beyond when my friend and I came in. I didn’t realize that my friend’s appointment got cancelled and so when we both showed up, she quickly accommodated the both of us. Of course, timing was tweaked but she made us both feel at ease even though I felt awful. Thank you for everything you did, Lainey! We appreciate you and enjoyed every second of our experience. Definitely going to re-book!

If you’ve been sitting on getting this service because you don’t have time or can’t justify the money, let me tell you that it is worth every moment and dollar! It was extremely intimate and private, and I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my life. Lainey took such good care of me, and I felt like she genuinely cared about me although I had only known her for a few short hours. My husband schedule the appointment for me as a Christmas gift, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My scalp was first diagnosed, and then immediately treated, tailored for my needs, and then I received an additional facial and mini massage. Lainey encouraged me to take my time and enjoy the amenities even though I was the last appointment of the day, including a glass of wine in a soft robe by the fire. Please don’t sleep on this! It was simply amazing, and I will be back!
