Salons by JC Greensboro

I relocated my salon suite to Salons by JC over the summer. My clients and I have noticed that the lobby and common areas always feel very inviting, clean & comfortable. If you are interested in opening/relocating your salon suite, I highly recommend coming in for a tour!

So I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for late August. I never met Jennifer so I needed to book something before to get a feel for someone who will be touching my daughters mane. I am really big on energy and vibes. So I noticed Jennifer does eyebrow tinting. So I booked a same day appointment. I come in the lady at the front desk escorts me to the suite I say hello to everyone and sit down. Off the back there was never a greeting by the stylist the room was full almost so I was a little confused being as though it was appointment based. Stylist asked what are you getting and says she don't think what I booked for is what I want. I told her eyebrow tinting and I looked for a previous picture I have where I had it done. She says she don't do what I want I asked for a picture of what she does do. She then says I can show you a picture of what I don't do. And do you a appointment she made a couple of like confused notations like she don't think I have a appointment. She then shows me in her phone I guess that was her schedule it was just color coded like if I would know what it was. I am very irritated because I don't know you and will not just show up to a salon suite and say I have an appointment. So then I show her my confirmation email from my booking. She then asked another lady what time was her appointment which was at 230pm and then say well I have to wash her then do her and etc. All I did was select a procedure that you said you provided and paid a fee and showed up 2 mins before my time. She leaves the room I then leave out behind her she was looking for someone else who does that service in that suite. At this point I am over it and you are falsely advertising something that you can not do and it's sad you wasted my time I rushed to make sure I got to the appointment on time for there to be no professionalism it's crazy. I had something important to do for Sunday and could not find anyone on a Saturday afternoon to do my eyebrows. The lady that was at the front desk helped me more she even informed me about a different place that does brow tinting but they were booked. I look at all the pictures we took last night and of course my brows are horrible and I could never support anyone like that. Her energy and lack of professionalism was nasty work. NEVER ever will I book with her hopefully she changes her attitude God don't like ugly

I have been with Salons by JC for 2 years.. and I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy it only because I came from owning my own 3 station salon up North... However.. I absolutely love being here!!! The other tenants here are amazing!!! I love how we can bounce ideas off one another !!! We're like family... Salons by JC has made great improvements to the building making it so much more inviting to clients... I love having a concierge manager to greet the clients and welcome them. It makes it much easier especially with new clients. I highly recommend renting a suite here!!!

Our experience has been amazing! Everyone is very pleasant. I love the remodeling "facelift" Lol Our clients love to come here. Also we love the spotlight on IG and Facebook. We have been with Salons By Jc for almost 7 years and they have given us an opportunity to elevate our business here. The new upgrades are absolutely beautiful and we love having the concierge up front to help direct clients, answer questions and all that she does!

I had my hair cut by Kelly, she was amazing, super sweet and very experienced. She really made sure I wanted what I showed her and offered her advice. Did a whole shampoo and wash, cut probably took around an hour. I love it so much, I definitely recommend her!

As a tenant- this is a great place to rent! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I have my private space to work on my clients without the hassle of having a store front. There’s plenty of parking to accommodate my clients and there’s a nice vibe and comfortable atmosphere.
