I had an amazing experience with Shelby!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. I normally get a quick trim and medium length layers and it always turns out absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only is Shelby incredibly skilled, but she also is so sweet, and so funny, she makes the whole experience extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, and friendly hairstylist. Ramsey is also a great helper!

I get my hair done regularly with Shelby and she kills it every time! She always delivers my exact vision and is very friendly, highly recommend!!

I have been going to Concept Salon for over a year. Shelby does a great job on my pixie cut and red coloring. Finding someone that can do a good job on a pixie cut is hard to do!

Such a wonderful staff and so kind. I got Suzanna to cut my hair and she did a awesome job. My wife really loves my haircut. I definitely recommend them and Suzanna especially.

I’ve been getting my hair done with Shelby for a little over a year!! She does so amazing- she listens to exactly what i want and presents flawlessly! Always super transparent about what she’s doing with your hair and is so so sweet!

I went today to get my hair cut with Kenzie and I honestly had the best hair appointment I think I’ve ever had. I got there early and called to let them know I was there with everything going on and she said come on in and got started right away. She listened to all my concerns, took the at least 10 different photos of similar cuts I loved and brought with me, and took everything to turn it into a cut I am super in love with! She gave me a few wonderful tips to help with some of the hair concerns I had and the whole appointment felt super comfortable and like we had been friends for quite some time. The salon is clean and very beautiful, the products they used/have in the salon feel great in my hair so far and are something I can feel great about, and I have definitely found my stylist for life!

I had my hair cut with Kenz this afternoon! She was talented and professional . Before we start our service she was listening to me what I want/like , then ask me a few questions, then she started cut my hair, She was fast and precise! She did exactly what I want and need, love her so much, when I walk out the salon I feels I’m brand new, I’m so happy for her service. I would definitely recommend her to others and will be back regularly in the future!
