Bibi, the owner and stylist, worked her magic on my hair, braiding in a stunning and vibrant green extension. I love her! I got my hair braided by her three times in my lifetime. I am sure she will have great experience now braiding Asian hair. Yes, Asian hair isn't thick to braid. The first time, it was beautiful. The second time, it was my fault because my hair wasn't long enough. Recently, the third time, my hair got longer, and she braided my hair perfectly! She is a hard working woman. She deserve greatness and happiness in life!

She didn't do the style I wanted even though I showed her pictures, was very unclear on what she was going to do, the parts she made looked very sloppy on the right side specifically because she was rushing, she ripped out a lot of my hair months of progress and made me feel like I had more breakage than usual even though I have natural thick 4c hair and to top it off she was rushing towards the end and my right side looks worse than the left. Either way for 80 dollars she at least got the job done but tbh I won't be back it wasn't a very pleasant experience and she didn't really put any care into my hair and it seemed like it was a chore for her even told me my hair isn't meant for 2 strand twist which makes no sense I'm an African American male that style is practically meant for us. I only did it because I was desperate to get my hair done and none of the other women I usually have it done by could but if u can find someplace better go there.

I just visited the Green Bay location and the service was very positive, accurate, and a uplifting experience today. The atmosphere is very professional and good vibes good vibes. The sister is inspirational and very down to earth realistic. Service moves in a timely fashion and the plan went great. Very happy to know about this establishment. Very wide selection of products and treasures available for sale... looking forward to future locations near you. Thank you very much BiBi ! 😁

Greetings to the Ancestors and the Gods. Bibi would have retained me as a loyal customer until my final appointment had I not discovered her deceitful actions. She displayed a concerning tendency to manipulate my locs without my consent. She went as far as adding synthetic weave strands and dust particles from her unkempt establishment's floor. When I inquired about her actions during the session, she became confrontational. I was perplexed by the scalp irritation I experienced, particularly at night. Upon closer examination, I discovered that the extensions she added to my locs were crocheted with dust fibers. I will be seeking legal counsel from a dermatologist regarding this matter. This is my fourth time having locs, and they are the longest I've ever had. Never before have I been subjected to such humiliation by a beautician. It is evident that she harbors resentment towards individuals who are knowledgeable about their preferences, yet she presumes to possess superior knowledge about hair care. When her business inevitably fails, she will undoubtedly recall how she mistreated those who never wronged her. I have attached photographs of the locs I removed and cleaned, which clearly show the absurd amount of dust particles and debris crocheted into my locs.

She gets no stars!!!!! I got a lace front done by her paid $100 for the installation but the lace front cost me $300 . I wasn’t gone an hour the glue did not stick the lace front so the back came completely off!! She wouldn’t refund the money instead she re-glued the wig using the exact same product knowing same results would occur! She taking people money but not. Doing good business at all!!
