I came in needing a color correction after my first visit didn’t turn out quite right, and I was honestly pretty nervous. Kendra, who handled my redo, was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. She took the time to explain what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. I can’t explain how grateful I am for her help today. I also want to thank the manager I spoke with on the phone beforehand. She was very understanding and kind about the situation, which made it much easier to come back in and trust the process.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren! She is truly a master of her craft and the only stylist I fully trust with my hair. From the moment you sit in her chair, she takes the time to really listen to what you want and always gives thoughtful recommendations that suit your style and personality perfectly. Not only is Lauren incredibly talented with cuts, color, and styling, but she also has such a warm and welcoming personality that makes every appointment feel like catching up with a good friend. She’s detail-oriented, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful. I constantly get compliments on my hair thanks to her, and I always look forward to my appointments. This salon is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love my visits here. I cannot say enough great things about Ava. I have been going to her for almost 3 years now and I would never go to anyone else to color my hair after seeing her results. My hair grows out so flawlessly that I often don’t realize when it’s time to get a touch-up. I live in Oshkosh, but Ava is well worth the drive. Every time I leave I am obsessed with my hair and I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror.

Lauren does amazing work, I have been going to her for 3 years now (Color, Cut, Extensions). She is amazing with her work, scheduling, prices, perfection. I wouldn’t change anything, love the atmosphere and the ladies there. Would 100% recommend Lauren.
