Short Kuts

I'm giving this location a 1 star for a few reasons. They are as follows: 1. I have gone to this location about 4 times consecutively now and not once have I ever asked for a haircut that would ever be difficult to cut. Each time I have gone home feeling absolutely miserable because the cut I get is nowhere near my desired look. The problem has always remained the same, it's cut far too short. Granted, I do want short haircuts but not like this. I could shave my hair off and get the same amount of confidence. None. Today it was cut 2 inches shorter than the reference images. I said multiple times I wanted it like the photos and to be no shorter than the top of my ears. This was ignored. 2. My stylist did not ask for help from others when she needed it until my haircut was already way beyond saving. I assume she might have been new but this still feels unexcusable. If she didn't know what to do she shouldn't have sat there for an hour messing around with my hair like my hair was some wig to toy with before asking for help. 3. There was a multitude of times where I was treated as a woman, even got charged for a womens' cut. Usually this wouldn't frustrate me so much if I hadn't specifically said I like my hair shorter for a more masculine look and was very obviously not a woman?? The womens cut is $25 while the mens is $18 so I feel this was greed driven. This isnt the first time I was charged for a womens cut either. I already struggle immensely with my self-image and my hair being what I expect it to be is something that helps me a lot. I'm a college student who can barely afford to get my hair done and then it just goes to shit consistently at this place. They have wonderful people personality-wise and they do good jobs on dyes as I've gotten my hair dyed with them prior but they appear to lack any sort of care for actually following instructions. The hairstyle wasnt that hard, I had 2 images showcasing the exact length and shape of the cut and I instead came home with an uneven and choppy look that completely destroys any self confidence I had. I preferred my hair before the cut when it made me look like a homeless person. Now Ijust look like a toddler who found some scissors. It genuinely made me want to cry with how bad it ended up. I can't even style it to look decent.

Kim does an AMAZING job at cutting my son's hair! I have been going here with both my children for over 4 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Friendly atmosphere with people who care and remember you. Thank you for all you do!

Prices are not clearly displayed. Prices on wall state $18 (still too much for a child's cut) for men's and children's cuts. After the cut was finished, I was told that it was $25, without being given the knowledge that it would be more than expected simply because the cut was "at a zero". How in the world does that make sense? Edit: I even had the kindness to leave a tip, and I see in my account today that I was charged more than that........ How professional.

Got a great razor haircut by the owner today. A different stylist did a phenomenal job on my sisters 3c hair a few months ago and it really helped to lift her spirit. She has since passed away, God bless her soul. I am grateful to get such a happy, glowing picture of her, even while she was sick. Thank you all for making her feel special.

Have you ever had a one handed razor cut while a little dog sat in front of you as the supervisor? If you haven't and you're overdue for a trim, come here and ask for Troy! My hair had suffered enough after over a year of no trimming, one too many home snips here and there, many box dyes later, and overall damage form daily doses of hot tools. If frustration was a shape, then that's what my hair looked like. NOT ANY MORE! I've never had a true, all over razor cut, but Troy killed it! Genuinely a master of his craft and can literally do it with one hand tied behind his back! I love having a shape again. I love how it easily styles and flows naturally. I had to go slightly shorter to start it's repair process over, but I love the cut so much I may not try growing it out just yet. ASK FOR TROY!

My grandson went in on his birthday, bf he's hair was 5.5- 6 " he ask to have less than half taken off.... He walked out w under 1"... he's totally devastated!!! I had money returned... the dude at desk chased me down to my car and said I scammed them just get a free cut!! He also advised me I'm now added to black list and will be any future service... as if I'd ever come back... lol Than he tried to claim I did this too them a couple of weeks ago... we've never been here before and won't ever again!!!! He said my grandson should have spoken up as if they the could super glue it back on or something... damage was already done!!! Now I have a totally devastated boy that now wants to cancel his birthday and not go to remainder of school... though that's not going to happy.... Customer service sucks here.. be advised!!!!

Emily did an amazing job on my 2 year old’s hair, I highly recommend her service. We will definitely be coming back next haircut.
