I got just got my hair done here, and I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. It had a great atmosphere,and Anastaja did such a great job on my hair, as well as being such a lovely person. Would highly recommend!

If you want a plain/pretty hair cut this is definitely the place to go. I think 90% of people will be absolutely thrilled with their cuts here. Everyone is super nice and honestly really talented, but if you are looking for anything with personal style or edginess you will honestly just have to cut it at home. They are all really friendly and did a great job (I have been three times), but not a single time was close to what I asked for. One time was a bit closer but even with reference photos not similar enough. The first time I went, ok, I honestly say -ok it was potentially miscommunication/confusion for what I was looking for and ended up with basically just getting basic side bangs (which was not part of the discussion or into photo but honestly sure benefit of the doubt). The second time was after I voiced concern and definitely was closer to what I asked for but still had to fix it at home after. This last time I didn’t leave any room for interpretation and said just exact like x photo (below)- and still just ended up with a basic side bang. Yeah she honestly did a beautiful side bang, but wasn’t even close to what I asked for. ——This is the inspiration photo below and then the photo I took minutes after I got home. Honestly I don’t intend for this to be a bad review, because really none of the times did I receive a bad haircut at all, they were all done quite well- just not what I asked for, not styled remotely like asked for, and just a basic side bang was given. And the bang is not cut the same as in the photo, even with accounting for my natural part being about a half inch to one side of my widows peak. TLDR: quality cut if you want a plain/basic/modern haircut, but if you want anything with a bit of personality you will have to rework it yourself.

I had my hair done yesterday at a new salon with a new stylist, and I went in feeling apprehensive and nervous about trying something new. From the very beginning, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The consultation was thoughtful and thorough—they greeted me so warmly, offered a complimentary drink from their coffee bar, and really took the time to talk through what I wanted, what I’d done in the past, and what was realistic. I also truly appreciated receiving a detailed price quote upfront. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming. What stood out to me most was how the staff genuinely works as a team—everyone supports one another, which created such a positive, uplifting environment. The girls were so friendly and made the sweetest comments throughout my visit. They even began the service with a relaxing neck massage, which immediately set the tone. Alexus went above and beyond in every way. She made sure I fully shared what I desired, walked me through the entire process, checked in with me along the way, and made me feel completely at ease. She was so endearing, and our conversations were wonderful and natural. When everything was finished, she didn’t just give me what I asked for—she exceeded it. I left feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered. I have truly never been more in love with my hair and the way it looks than I am now. My hair feels healthy and looks exactly how I envisioned. This experience was truly top notch, and I can’t recommend Alexus and this salon highly enough.

I've been getting my nails done by Courtney for the last six months. I've never really been a nail girly but she has transformed me into one.. I started out getting basic gel nails and I always brought in ideas of designs I wanted done and Courtney never hesitates to give it her all and always kills the design! I have never left disliking any of my nails she has done. Last month I was struggling with some breakage because I was horrible about picking the gel off before our next appt. Courtney suggested the gel overlay and it's been a month and my nails look so amazing. I am not picking at them and they are holding on strong.. I am excited to see how my nails transform on this journey. I appreciate Courtney's willingness to always try something new and listen to my ideas. When I don't love the way something looks I feel comfortable telling her and she happily makes changes. I always look forward to our montly appointments! Thanks Courtney! 💕

This was a haircut for my 11-year-old daughter. From what I gathered, through the tears after the haircut, the stylist cut it too short, which it was probably about 3 inches shorter than what we wanted, the stylist was rough when she was shampooing and rough when she was cutting And brushing. Now, my daughter can have a sensitive head, but she understands and we had a discussion before going to get her haircut that we would need to comb it out. She has very curly here and it can be a challenge. She was very adamant about going back to the stylist so we will not be returning. We sat in the car for 30 minutes afterwards and she could not stop crying about how much she hated her hair and how she never wanted to go back to that place. It was a cut and style and a shampoo for $60. The appointment in total was about 30 minutes. They are rated the best of the West, the place itself is nice, safe is kind, the coffee bar is an awesome idea. But the entire point was to create a good experience for my daughter, and it definitely was not.

Love! I did a major chop of my hair, and Elena did a beautiful job, just what I wanted. Even offered to do a little finessing if I want within the next week, since it was such a major change - which is just nice when you cut a lot of hair off. I love coming here, and Elena is so sweet and so skilled. Thank you!
