I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 8 years and I’ve been thoroughly happy with every haircut and Brazilian blowout I’ve ever gotten! Even though I’ve moved to different cities throughout the years, whenever I’m in town and have the chance to visit I always come back here because Suzan provides incredible and impeccable service. I have curly thick hair, and she knows how to cut it and shape it like no other. She also takes her time when providing a Brazilian blowout, which shows how high quality her work is. I highly recommend coming to this hair salon whenever you can, you won’t be disappointed!

I hesitate writing a review because Suzan is a kind person, but I feel others should know. I don’t believe Suzan’s strength is long hair. She did not do the style I initially asked for and didn’t seem to understand when I said I wanted it blended and not blunt. I left extremely unhappy and with far too short of a haircut than I wanted (I know because I showed her on my chest where I wanted it to fall, and it was above there). I did come back for correction a few days later, and she was happy to try and fix it, but it looks worse than it did before. I’ve never had long layers look so jagged and poorly blended. To top it off, she was kissing, handling, and caressing a bird and then did not wash her hands before touching my head. I am pregnant and this left me feeling very uncomfortable. I’m sure if you have a short style, Suzan would be a great fit. But if you’re looking for layers or a long cut, this isn’t her speciality. She is very kind and a sweet person and very easy to talk to. I wish her well with her business.

I come to Suzan’s Hair Salon since 2015, every week to style my hair. I also did my Brazilian blowout, color and highlights. I can only say the salon is beautifully decorated, spectacularly clean and Suzan makes me feel very comfortable with her great personality. The products Suzan uses on my hair are the best quality. I have been coming to Suzan’s hair salon for 7 years, ever since I moved back to the Valley. I wouldn’t trust my long, curly crazy hair to anyone but her! She is a master colorist, and has a wonderful reputation in the Granada hills community with longtime clients. Besides her professionalism and talent, she has also come to be a great friend and confidante, a rare find and a gem of a person! You will never be disappointed after leaving her chair, she will be honest and truthful with you, and set appropriate expectations. But believe me, she’s always exceeded mine!
