Extremely rude! Absolutely no customer service Accidentally bought 2 bottles of conditioner and mistakenly thought one was shampoo. Same priced items. Returned to get my shampoo & bc the bottle which was still in the original bag unopened but was in my car & looked a little not new he didn’t want to return it. Bottle just needed to be wiped off. I didn’t bother bc I stuck it right back in the bag when I realized what I did. Aside all that I was a frequent buyer here and as mentioned spent lots of money just to be treated like this and I’ll never again patronize this establishment. Be mindful spending your hard earned monies with folks that are not nice and lack customer service skills. This store is definitely one that does! I don’t care how convenient it is in GC area I will take the ride to Nchas or anywhere but here

Me and My daughters just left. We walked around searching between curly or twisting hair and when we looked up noticed the Korean lady switched from the register where we were greeted at and was following us. It was like a scene in a movie. All she needed to say was "hurry up and buy" like the movie. Curious to know what made her switch from the register where we were greeted at and follow us when we came in.. I am still upset about this. I never have or needed to steal in my life. I keep my children close, not damaging anything, none of that! Hopefully when she is stereotyped out and about somewhere, she'll think back to this. needless to say we won't be back!

I have everything you need for your hair everything could need the only reason I gave it three stars is because I bought a super long Jay King dreadlock cap that was black and noticed that it was dying my purse blonde dreads purple and when I cleaned my face with rubbing alcohol there was purple on the cotton swab so I took the cap soaked it in the sink of water in the sink filled up purple completely purple so I washed the cat figured it was out and it still kept doing it so as I keep soaking this cap in the sink filled up with water there's some type of purple dye and is all black stocking caps I would like to know what that is. It doesn't do it on my navy blue one just a black one.

I love getting my hair supplies here. They always have what I'm looking for and more. The staff is great as well.

I just recently left from there and the employee made me feel like I was being profiled, It could’ve been the tone but it gave off as very rude.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have never had an issue with any of the employees. I purchased a garter that I wasn’t a 100% sure I’d need again and asked the older Asian lady at the register if they did returns in case I didn’t use it. She stated that I could exchange the item but not return it. I left satisfied understanding their terms and came back to exchange the garter as I didn’t need/use it again. The owner, a late 30’s, Asian man (assuming owner) pulled the packaged garter out of my bag and said I opened it in which I didn’t being I NEVER USED THE ITEM & gave me a hard time exchanging it. With accusations of me "opening the item" and that they "wouldn’t sell an opened item". Apparently they did of which I myself was unaware of cause it didn’t look opened when I purchased it until he took it out of the package. A previous customer put it back in its plastic covering and in the box which would explain why I didn’t notice. Never had an incident anywhere I’ve been for a return or exchange and was extremely uncomfortable from the accusations and hostility the owner displayed. Definitely won’t be back here to spend any of my damn money.

I get my natural hair products from here. It's well organized and the staff is very helpful. I'm trying Eden a natural hair line to see how it does since the weather is changing my hair is drying out.
